Rates are per week, please inquire about our great discount offers on monthly rentals.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Please add 12% sales tax, processing fee $30 and cleaning fees: for condos - 1 BR $80; 2 BR $85; 2 BR with den $90; 3 BR $95; and for private homes - $120.

* Please add $150 per week to rate for rentals between 3/6/10 - 4/9/10.

** Please add a $120 per week for pool heating fee from November through April on Private Homes only.
