Please add 12% sales tax, processing fee $30 and cleaning fees: for condos - 1 BR $90; 2 BR $95; 2 BR with den $100; 3 BR $105; and for private homes - $125-$185.

* Please add $200 per week to rate for rentals between 3/10/12 - 4/13/12.

** Please add a $120 per week for pool heating fee from November through April on Private Homes only.
