All condos and homes are non-smoking.
What does “Fully equipped kitchen” mean?
All condos and homes have:
- Refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Stove
- Microwave
- Blender
- Coffeemaker
- Toaster
- Pots and Pans
- Dishes, Glasses, Silverware and Utensils
- Iron & Ironing Board
Cleaning
All vacation homes and condos are cleaned before you arrive and will be cleaned after you leave. Additional cleanings, while you are here, can be arranged with our cleaning company. Contact information will be supplied at check-in.
Do we provide cleaning supplies?
We do not provide cleaning supplies or chemicals. Each vacation place has the following starter kit:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 hand soaps per bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towel
- 1 single load packet of dishwasher soap
- Trash bags in each waste basket
Linens and Towels
Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are stocked in each location. Beach towels are not provided.
Beach chairs and umbrellas
Several of the condos we handle do have beach chairs available but if the one you rent does not, we have a limited supply available at our office. They are on a first come first serve basis.
