Dawn was born and raised in Wisconsin, which makes her appreciate FL winters that much more…but don’t you dare mess with her beloved Green Bay Packers!!! Dawn relocated to FL in 1999, moving to the St Pete area in 2005 making her very knowledgeable of the area. Her entire career has been in hospitality and customer service and she is more than happy to help you plan your next FL vacation!

Conny's interpersonal skills complement her professional background in IT services and Internet Marketing. She creates and monitors marketing strategies to meet our visitor and home owner expectations. With the ability to listen to our clients' needs she provides solutions to daily business challenges. Conny loves the beach and everything outdoors. She has been a part of our Resort Rentals Team for 19 years.

Originally from Indiana David has been in Florida since 2009. Since moving to Florida he has gained an extensive background in the vacation/hospitality industry. He is happy to be part of the team here at Resort Rentals.

Gail grew up on Long Island, moved later to a Caribbean Island and lives now close to Treasure Island...Guess you could say she is a real "Island Gal"! She has built her entire career in customer service in the hospitality industry. Gail will be the friendly face greeting you to your vacation upon check-in. She's happy to answer your questions about the area and places you'd like to explore. Gail has been a part of our Resort Rentals Team for more than 7 years!

As a native of the Tampa Bay area, Rudy can give you expert information about things to do and directions to just about anywhere. With his knowledge of our extensive list of properties, he can help you find a perfect family vacation rental. Rudy is a former pet store owner who created and cares for the beautiful aquarium in our lobby.

MNC Cleaning Services - Housekeeping Services
A native of Columbia, Gloria relocated to St Pete in 1990. Shortly after moving here, she founded MNC Cleaning Services. Gloria personally manages the operations and is responsible for the selection and training of all employees. Her business goal is to pursue 100% customer satisfaction. Gloria has worked with Resort Rentals for several years now servicing our properties.
