Reservation Deposit:
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of 25% of rental fee. Please note some locations may require a higher deposit.
Security Deposit:
No Security Deposit required, however, we require a valid credit card to be on file to cover any losses or damages that may occur during your stay.
Payment:
Total payment is due 45/60 days prior to arrival. Resort Rentals, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, Checks & money orders (certain restrictions may apply). Personal checks will be accepted if received 45/60 days prior to arrival.
Details will be provided by rental confirmation at time of booking.
Cancellation:
Cancellation requires 60 days notice for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted. No refund will be issued inside of 60 days of arrival. For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance.
Exception: Property Sunset Villas #1, 2, 3 and 4. The 25% deposit charged at time of booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy for stays 4 weeks and longer: A deposit may be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee, providing the cancellation is made at least 120 days prior to the arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable between 120-59 days prior to the arrival date. No refund will be issued after the total amount has been paid 60 days prior to arrival.
