This completely updated beach front condo is your perfect vacation home to enjoy an extended stay, 4 weeks or longer, on our amazing beaches. Minimum length of stay requirement is 4 weeks. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and a large wrap around beach front balcony. The minute you’ll walk in, it will take your breath away! You’ll love the beautiful bamboo floors, gorgeous wooden kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and new furnishings. The living room features comfortable seating, a large smart TV and sliding doors opening up to the amazing wrap around beach front balcony. Large doors and windows allow a water view from almost all areas of the condo. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. You have a Gulf view and access to the balcony from your main bedroom as well. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks and waterfall-edged vanity. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. There’s an in-unit laundry room with a washer/dryer available for our tenants’ use. This amazing unit comes with free WiFi and a covered parking spot.

Madeira Towers is a well maintained beachfront complex with community pool and separate spa in Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1.5 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours.
