I’m a military brat at heart. Both of my parents served in the U.S. Air Force, so I spent my childhood moving all over. I was born in San Antonio, lived in Alaska for almost 10 years, and eventually landed in St. Pete, where everything finally clicked. I love this city, the people, the energy, and the amazing food scene. I’m a proud St. Pete foodie and genuinely believe it has some of the best bites in Florida. My years in the vacation rental industry taught me how this market really works. I have worked closely with owners and investors along the Gulf Beaches and gained a strong understanding of what makes a property perform.
