We offer 2 story townhomes as well as a large one story condo with a double-wide balcony. All units offer a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances, a dining area and spacious living room. The balconies are nicely furnished, perfect to soak in the sun and enjoy meals close to the water’s edge. The living rooms as well as the bedrooms features large flat screen TVs. There’s a full size washer/dryer inside each unit, free WiFi and assigned covered parking for two cars.

Not only does this community delivers a seaside vacation all year long, but shops, restaurants and local entertainment are in walking distance. Pelican Pointe offers ample space for parking, so leave the car at home and explore what the Indian Shores neighbourhood has to offer. A Beach Trolley runs up and down the 30-mile beach stretch, providing accessibility to many activities. For those looking to explore city culture, sights and bites, Tampa is a 40-minute drive east, or, alternatively, Clearwater and Saint Pete’s are a short drive north and south respectively. Pelican Pointe is well-suited for families, couples or anyone looking for the perfect beach side retreat.
