Pelican Pointe 3B

The townhouse was amazing, well furnished and comfortable. It was right on the beach and we had amazing views of the sunset. There are a number of places to eat in the area within walking distance, so you essentially don’t have to travel anywhere. The beach was great and the area was quiet. We would stay there again and highly recommend it others.

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo for two weeks, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk in, the view steals the show. The unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico is incredible. I could sit up in the primary bed and see the water stretching out in front of you. Waking up to that every morning never got old. The deck off the living room quickly became my favorite spot. It’s the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day, and the sunsets are spectacular. We were lucky enough to catch a few green flashes, which made it even more special. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably, and even washing dishes feels different when you’re looking out at the Gulf. Covered parking is another thoughtful touch as it keeps the car noticeably cooler and makes coming and going easy. The location is ideal, close to great restaurants and everything in Indian Rocks Beach, yet peaceful and relaxing. And honestly, the weather felt perfect the entire stay. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic beach getaway.

Had a great stay. Location is near all the essentials. Quick drive to anything you need or want. Home was having some repairs done in a couple rooms. Nothing that affected our stay. Townhouse that attached to ours was under renovations. Workers started late and ended around dinner. Just noting. Had a great stay overall and will be back!

La casa era pazzesca con una vista di cui innamorarsi: la spiaggia, i pellicani, il tramonto frontale. L’arredo non e’ datato, come avevo letto in una recensione sul web, ma molto particolare. Puo’ piacere o meno ma non si puo’ dire che sia vecchio. I 27 gradini ci sono, per fortuna, perche’ l’appartamento in alto e’ il migliore come vista. C’e’ una scaletta che scende direttamente in spiaggia. Pulizia, aria condizionata, compodita’ letti e strumenti da cucina top! Per 2 persone era spaziosissima: 2 camere, 3 bagni, 2 piccole cabine armadio. Un posto in paradiso! Tra 2 anni torneremo in Florida e ricerchero’ questa struttura. La moquettes che, nella cultura italiana, non e’ sinonimo di igiene. I contatti coi gestori: ho avuto problemi col check in e ho chiesto per le chiavi della porta fronte mare. In entrambi i casi (dalla mail di booking e su mail diretta) non ho ricevuto risposta.

Location, Location, Location. Super easy to get to from the airport. Close to everything one might need while staying at a condo on the beach. Food, groceries, liquor, beach shops & of course, the ocean is just steps out of the back patio door. Sunsets are to die for. Beach wasn't too crowded. Plenty of room in the living, dining, kitchen area. Kitchen has every dish/tool/pots & pans you need to cook anything you can think of. Double decker deck was amazing for sunsets and star gazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Pelicans Pointe & would stay here again if I was coming back to this area!
The best thing about the apartment is its location! Being right on the beach was priceless! Waking up to the views and with prime positioning for sunset/moon down is incredible & it never gets boring watching the dolphins swim past!
The apartment was well stocked with everything I needed for my stay & I would say the photos are accurate. It has some very stylish artefacts that i loved but I think overall it’s a little dated.
Small points to mention (but these didnt ruin the stay):
-I did have to buy a new bed cover when I arrived as the one presented was stained and not warm enough for cooler conditions.
-There was no main trash downstairs which was bit annoying to use someone elses (esp when I wanted to empty car in evening & was dark). I would have expected this to have been checked in advance of arrival & resolved.
-There was a musty odour but I kept doors open so was fine.

We had a great stay! The location was amazing, right on beach and walking/biking distance to so many great places for food and drink. The staff at Resort Rentals was amazing to work with and helped us get in a day early based on a last minute change in plans. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and clear communications on what we needed to bring.
On the day we checked out, the cleaner did come in 30 min before the check out time, while we were still getting things together, but was very nice and apologetic when we hollered down the stairs that we were not out yet.
We would most definitely stay at Pelican Pointe and work with Resort Rentals again in the future.
