A shaded front porch with bistro seating welcomes you home. Inside, soft seafoam walls, wood-look floors, and cheerful coastal décor set a relaxed tone. The entry closet comes stocked with beach chairs and a cooler, so you’re ready for the sand from day one.

The kitchen has been beautifully updated. It has navy cabinetry, bright white quartz-look countertops, and stainless appliances, including a French-door refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, a smooth-top range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster oven. A long peninsula gives you plenty of prep space, and a pass-through counter with two bar stools opens to the dining area. That makes it easy to chat while you cook.

The open dining and living area runs the length of the home toward a wall of glass. A farmhouse-style table seats six for family dinners. In the living room, a large sectional sofa faces a big flat-screen TV, and the coffee table is stocked with board games for rainy afternoons.
