The condo is very nice and well-maintained. Communicating with Gid is very easy, and he is quick to respond. The overall facility is kept pretty well. This section of the beach is quiet, which suits us just fine. There is plenty to do in the area so that no one will be bored. We had a great time.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Celebrating our 45th Anniversary. The condo has a great roomy wraparound balcony with comfy chairs. Master Bed was wonderful as well as the master bathroom shower with multiple heads. The electric couch in living room was also a plus. Watching dolphins and the ocean from the balcony was very relaxing!!!! Many great restaurants to eat nearby!!!

The views from the corner condo were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfy couches and beds. Coffee sunrises in the morning on the screened porch and walks on the shore at sunset were amazing. We enjoyed swimming out to the sand bar and watching dolphins play and finding all kinds of shells. Johns Pass has everything for food, fishing and souvenirs. Found treasures at the “Chicken Church” (Church by the Sea) thrift store. It was a fantastic family vacation!

This was our first time to Madeira and I have to say we will be back. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed for the beach- towels, chairs, toys and much more. It also had plenty of kitchen items to use. Loved that it had games for the kids and a few kid items. The balcony was also very spacious and had great views of the sunset and beach. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

Nice quiet condo with a great view. The beach was clean and the building was in a not too busy area. Madeira beach is a great town. Owner called us on the first then we met his brother and sister in law - they own a unit on the third floor- nice people and they always were genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. Absolutely would rent this unit again.

My selection criteria this year was the outdoor space & comfortable furniture. My wishes were met! Furniture was comfortable inside & out. We had everything we needed, felt safe & secure, appreciated the space, nicely stocked cabinets, soft sheets, nice towels, great temp control, great exhaust fans, great showers, etc There's a Caddy's accessible via short walk on the beach. The only negative was the weather - it was windy! lol The host was very caring, communications great!

Our condo was clean and well-stocked! The beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were very helpful. It was also amazing to have beach towels to use! We really appreciated the level of cleanliness in the condo! My mom stayed in a different unit in Villa Madeira and it was not nearly as clean. We wanted for nothing! Thanks!

Beautiful unit with spectacular views of the beach. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids. Owner was always available, and very responsive when I needed to call. Plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of family friendly entertainment as well.

Overall great place to stay for a family. The condo worked out very well and the wraparound porch had outstanding views of the gulf. Location is also great, within walking distance of John's Pass via beach or road. We enjoyed all of the amenities from the full kitchen to the beach chairs. It was a wonderful vacation and Gid's place was a large part of our experience. Thanks Gid for the hospitality and we will hopefully be back soon!

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. That view and wrap around balcony alone is priceless. The master bed was super comfortable, plenty of storage for clothes and the master shower amazing too. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the plethora of sand toys, chairs, etc. We may have purchase a few toys/floaties and added them to the collection…hope that’s ok! The couches were so comfortable, especially for the day we had a sick kiddo and had to take the day off from the beach and snuggle/rest. The game cupboard also came in handy when we needed some low key time. We ventured out on a few excursions (water park, John’s pass, etc), but honestly our favorite memories made we’re at the beach and pool. Such incredible sunsets. Gid was also super responsive and great to work with! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home away from home with us.

We spent Spring Break there with our three young children (6, 4 and 5 months). The unit was perfect for us! It’s well stocked for young families. We’d be going back next Spring Break but the place is already booked! If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate- book it! You won’t regret it! The wraparound porch is amazing!

We loved the wrap around balcony! Our only complaint is that the screens either needed to be cleaned or the screens are just dark. It was hard to see thru them so we didn't spend a lot of time on the balcony when it came time to watch the sunset. There was plenty of space for us and we didn't require anything. Everything we needed was there. The place does require a little updating. Location was perfect for where we wanted to be. We did miss having a restaurant and/or bar on site but we totally understand "you get what you paid for". We would stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay for our family vacation. The condo is very clean and chic with everything you could possibly need, including a nice washer & dryer. We were impressed with the stunning views from the screened-in balconies. You can see the beautiful stretching white beach, stars and the sunset at night. We even saw dolphins! Gid was super friendly and the entire process was clear and well-planned. We highly recommend this condo!

This condo was great didn't really like the screens that didn't lift on the balcony. Noticed other balcony's had razed screens. Had everything in the kitchen that was needed for cooking. Condo very clean needs some updating in the 1st bathroom was black mold around the tub. Master room was perfect. Other 2 rooms could use new mattress and pillows... Was disappointed that the pool was closed for three days for cleaning we did not know until we arrived Loved the location will stay again.

This was the 4th time we rented Gid’s condo and are always 100% satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans so cooking wasn’t an issue. The level of cleanliness throughout was outstanding! The views are amazing and we enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the wrap around balcony. The condo is in the best location, not on a public beach and close to John’s Pass. Everyone had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!!

We have been come to this area for over 30 years. This unit has beautiful views of the gulf and is situated conveniently with restaurants, shopping, local attractions in a well maintained building and condo unit. The beach is easily accessible and the unit is well equipped with everything that you need. The host was timely responsive to all our questions and needs.

This was by far the best condo we have stayed in! It was stocked with everything we would need both in the kitchen and on the beach. There were 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas , a canopy, beach toys GALORE!!! They even had beach towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need for cooking, baking, washing etc. in addition the condo building itself was in the perfect location. We walked to Sweet brunettes every morning for coffee. There is also a restaurant on the beach about three blocks down called Caddy’s , Which had exceptional seafood and things for the teens to eat. All in all I have nothing negative to say about this property it was perfect! We will be staying there for years to come.

I stayed in 501 with two teenagers last week. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed. The views from the wrap around balcony were amazing. Even though we only saw 1 sunset (due to rain on the other evenings), the sights from the 5th floor were so pretty. The kids made friends with some other teenagers also staying at Villa Madeira. The location is great-walking or short driving distance to fun shops and restaurants. Gid was quick in returning emails with my questions.

We've stayed at this building before, but not a corner suite such as this one. The view of the beach is perfect, and you get much more space on the deck than the non-corner units. The check-in process is easy. You're given a combo to a key lock box downstairs (in a grey panel on the wall next to elevator). You get a general property key that lets you through gates, and into the elevator room (that's air conditioned). The whole building has access to a luggage cart and two grocery carts. There is a volunteer that helps people as they arrived too (not sure how often he's outside, but he's in condo 308. Very nice guy). The unit itself is very clean and overall well maintained. There were a couple minor issues while we stayed, but Gid was informed and was having it taken care of. Everything in the condo looks nicely remodeled in the past few years, save the smaller bath. The beds are what I would call a medium firmness, and were very comfortable. Gid provides a ton of amenities. Lots of dishses, glasses, a BUNCH of cookware for the kitchen, like 4 or 5 coffee pots. There are two vacuums for cleaning, one multisurface shark and another carpet Bissell. Plenty of baby things, highchair, and beach toys galore in the deck closet. As for the host, Gid is super communicative. I tend to be more involved than most I think in things, so I had plenty of questions and requests of Gid. He happily answered or addressed them all. The location and it's vacinities is great too. If you have kids, this place is a no brainer. Obviously the pool is great, kids love to play there and it's a saltwater pool. Across the street is the Candy Kitchen, which has a ton of candy selection, sodas/pop, so many ice cream falvors. You will be there daily at least. Be careful of hours after 5 pm though, it gets busy! Then down the road a quick drive is John's Pass which has a bunch of different shops, restaurants, and bars to visit. A quick walk the other way is a breakfast location called Brewnettes, and cool bar called Caddy's. (Beach view). I HIGHLY recommend expanding your search area for places to eat, as there are a lot of great places to eat inland. Smokin J's BBQ is a must for us every time we're down there. It lots kind of hole-in-the-wallish, but those places are often the best food. Once we make it down to Florida again, we'll 100% use his facility again. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderfully comfortable condo right on the beach with a wraparound terrace. Pretty much everything you need is there - maybe bring a beach towel or two. Clean, comfortable (beds and furniture), and well maintained. Our stay was marvelously relaxing. Lots of restaurants and convenience/grocery stores nearby. We got lucky and had perfect weather for two entire weeks. Highly recommend and would return in a minute.

Very happy with our stay Villa Madeira #501. Upon our arrival, we had a couple questions 1) where the beach chairs were located (closet on the balcony) and 2) TV/Spectrum wasn't working correct (needed to be rebooted)....we contacted Gid, who answered/responded to our questions within minutes. He also followed up the next day to ensure the TV was working. Gid was very easy to work with and prompt with responding. The condo is as described. Beach was beautiful and not over crowded. We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again! I knew I wanted to stay right on the gulf coast overlooking the water and needed enough beds for myself and my husband and our three kids. This place fit the bill. You practically have a view of the water from the assigned parking spot which was a wonderful way to start our stay, especially since this was our kids’ first time seeing the ocean. They bolted from the car to the beach as soon as we got the keys to unlock the gate. The screened in balcony was great. We ate meals out there while enjoying the view and sounds of the ocean. My husband was lucky enough to see dolphins the first morning of our stay while the rest of us were sleeping. The condo is from the 80s but has been mostly remodeled. The kitchen was very well stocked with newer appliances, soft close cabinets and drawers, and beautiful granite countertops. There is a closet on the balcony full of items to use for the beach and outdoors. We made use of some sand toys, pool noodles, and chairs. The master bedroom was great. We left the blinds open to be able to wake up to the water view and you can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean as you’re falling asleep. The master bath has a giant marble tiled walk-in shower that all 3 of my kids loved using. Very convenient location with restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream, and coffee nearby. We were able to walk right across the road for homemade ice cream at the Candy Kitchen and great coffee and bloody Marys from Sweet Brunette. We loved everything about this place!

We come to Florida every year over Christmas break, and this is the first time staying in this area. Not only was the neighborhood wonderful, the condo was beautiful! I have stayed in many properties, and this has to be the most well stocked rental I have ever been in. It had everything from spices in the kitchen to beach chairs. The balcony is by far the best thing about the condo. Can’t beat the size or the view! The owner was very easy to communicate with. I will definitely come back to this condo in the future!

From the moment you walk through the doors at Villa Madeira 501 you are welcomed with breathtaking views. This condo is very clean and well kept with all the essentials you may need during your stay. The property owner Gid, was in communication making the booking, check in, check out process simple. The description and pictures are as described. My favorite part was relaxing on the wrap around balcony and enjoying the breezes and view of the ocean every day. My family enjoyed walking the beach, which feels like a private beach, collecting shells, watching the sunset, seeing the dolphins, and playing in the pool. We spent some time at John's Pass also which is only a mile down the road, Bubba Gump's and House of Sweets is a Must. ;) Overall, this was a very nice vacation for my family and we are already planning our return to this beautiful condo. :)

Our visit to Madeira Beach was great. This condo helped it to be a complete relaxing week. The area is great. It’s close to John’s Pass. The Candy Kitchen is right across the street. That’s nice to get some homemade ice cream for lunch. All in all, we’ll be back.

The condo was great. It was very clean and most of it was updated. It was very much like the description and pictures in the listing. It was very spacious for a week-long visit with our family of 5. The huge screened in porch offered great views of the beach and lots of furniture to relax on. There were lots of chairs and toys to use on the beach. It's a short walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen had everything you needed and all of it was in great shape. The reserved covered parking was great, especially in July. Use caution if you have a rooftop car carrier, because the height limit is 6' 7". We took our carrier off and safely stored it in the garage for the week. The owner was extremely responsive and flexible as we navigated the unique COVID-19 situation.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It is a perfect location, convenient for walking to restaurants, shops or a short ride to even more places. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. It was very clean overall but gave 4 stars because the carpets need to be cleaned. Gid was very easy to work with and when a plumbing problems occurred, was prompt in arranging the repair. The condo had the best beach chairs , the beach was nice and flat for walking and the views spectacular. Will consider coming back again for sure. Thanks Gid!

This condo has a great view overlooking a nice area of the beach- close enough to John's pass and other restaurants to be able to walk over, but far enough that the beach feels private. On a sunny day the pool was nice and warm. The condo is well appointed, including kitchen, dull-size washer and dryer, and lots of towels, and the master bedroom and bathroom are especially nice. The porch is fully screened in. The building is also quiet (and nonsmoking!). We would definitely return.

You can’t beat waking up to the ocean views. The large outdoor patio was amazing! The carpet needs updated and the matts/outdoor area were causing our feet to be black. The master suite is amazing. The place could use some updates, but can’t beat the beach location.

We just completed a stay at Villa Madeira and it was terrific. Both the living room and bedrooms are extremely comfortable. But the huge balcony was OUTSTANDING!! The views are gorgeous and there are so many great seating options. I'd say that we spent the majority of our vacation relaxing on this beautiful lanai. Thanks, Gid, for sharing your home with us. We truly hated to leave!

He wrote me back a couple days later and told me that he bought 6 brand new beach chairs for us to use, which was awesome. They were very nice quality chairs as well. We had plenty of toys for the kids to use at the beach as well. We all had a great time while we were there.

We just got back from a week at this condo. We’ve stayed here before. It is one of the nicest condos at this condo complex, Villa Madeira. Everything is always so nice and clean and well furnished. It has anything you need, even beach amenities. It has a coffee pot (although we bring our travels size Keurig) and a nice four-slice toaster. It has a lot more , but we don’t eat in on vacation except for a few breakfasts. The view is beautiful. Sitting on the screened in porch looking out is so relaxing. You can usually see some beautiful sunsets, however we hit a week where there were no clouds, so the sunsets were just sunsets. We’ll probably rent this condo next year if it’s available for the week we need.

This condo was impressive! Everything you need is right there. The kitchen is stocked, the living room furniture is leather and motorized, the master bedroom mattress is unbelievably comfortable and the shower is wonderful. The view is peaceful! The unit is spotless, it would have passed my mom’s white glove test! The building is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Don’t hesitate to book with Gid, he quickly responds to all questions and couldn’t be any kinder. I can’t wait to book again next summer!

This was our first time visiting Madeira Beach and this condo was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the wrap around porch views were fabulous! Our stay in condo 501 at Villa Madiera on May 19-26 was great. We have been staying at the Villa Madiera complex for a week in May for the last 10 years at mostly different condos each time. This was our first time in this condo and it was the best. The condo was impeccable. So clean and modern. The master bath shower was awesome. This condo meets most of my must haves in a condo. It has leather furniture, has good furniture on the balcony and carpet in the bedroom. However, there is one thing I usually like that this condo did not have. All of the other condos we stayed at in this complex has had one screen on the balcony that had the ability to be opened. I like this feature so that I can take pictures from the high vantage point. Is this a deal breaker for me? No. The reason we like the Villa Madiera complex is that it is so close to everything, especially John's Pass. I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again if it's available for the week in May that I need at the time I'm ready to book,

Villa Madeira 501 was better than the pictures shown on the VRBO website. Everything high end. Huge wrap around balcony that we spent a lot of time on with various sets of comfy patio furniture for relaxing. Power couches were so comfy when watching tv. Master bath shower was huge and had two shower heads. All the cabinets were soft close. Views of ocean awesome all the time. Temperature was in the high 70’s by 1 or 2 o’clock. 60’s in early morning. Our favorite restaurant was Conch Republic Grill. John’s Pass is just a mile south to go buy all your souvenirs. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, cart all provided. Paper towels and TP provided. Frig has ice maker. Very nice washer and dryer. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and had a great very relaxing time. Thank you Mr. Abballe for sharing your condo with us!!!!

We have visited Madeira Beach for several years. This condo has fantastic views from the wrap around balcony. And most importantly the furniture is comfortable inside and on the spacious balcony. The condo provides everything you need plus some. The location is a nice walk to John's Pass. I highly recommend this stay.

Thank Gid for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful time and the weather couldn't have been better. We saw dolphins play right in front of the condo everyday. We cooked Christmas dinner in your well stocked kitchen. We used your cooler and beach chairs almost everyday. The location was excellent being close to John's Pass and only 30 mins from Tampa. This was the perfect place for our family. The condo was very clean and spacious from the inside to the outside. Gib was very helpful to make sure the place met our needs during our stay. The deck was the perfect place for us to have breakfast every morning or a evening nap after a day at the beach. Great place for a family vacation. Hope to return next year!

This is our 13th year visiting Madeira Beach and our 7th staying in Villa Madeira. This unit is, by far, one of the nicest that we've rented. Aside from it being a corner unit with breathtaking views, there wasn't one thing we were lacking. Plenty of towels/linens, beach chairs/toys, a cooler (on wheels) which we usually end up having to buy, brand new washer and dryer, as well as being updated and CLEAN! Our kids are 14 & 16 so it's the perfect location if they want to walk across the street to the Candy Kitchen for ice cream or down to John's Pass for lunch or shopping. Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf is just down the street as well. Working with Gid and the unit he has to offer definitely get two thumbs up!

This was our first time booking a VRBO and Gid made this very easy. His responses to my questions were quick and the details received prior to arrival were perfect. The pictures of the condo are very accurate. The condo had everything that we needed to enjoy our week. The corner balcony was amazing and being it was fully screened in it enlarged the living area of the condo. I don't know if there is a better place to enjoy the views, especially the spectacular sunsets!! On three different days we spotted dolphins from the balcony! We stayed at the condo with our 2 married kids and they loved the condo just as much as we did. Especially the heated pool! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and already have. This was our first time away from home for Christmas and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Gid and his wife were more then accomadating upon our arrival. They even had a Christmas tree up so Santa could come visit our 4 year old granddaughter on Christmas morning,which was very thoughtful of them.The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the location was awesome. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks Gid.

This was the perfect place to get away from it all...I live in town and just wanted a place to be away from home and enjoy the beaches I never get to see because of work. This condo was the place to do that...convenient to many things - grocery, restaurants, and of course the most beautiful views. I woke up and went to bed each day with beautiful sunrises and sunsets due to the gorgeous balcony. Gid was a perfect condo host and I will most certainly be back again to enjoy. I would recommend to anyone.

We have stayed in this condo for two years in a row and plan to come back again next year. It doesn't get much better than this condo for a great beach getaway. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a nice relaxing vacation and the views from the balcony are amazing. I lived on Miami Beach for 25 years and know something about beach life. My wife and i along with our youngest son his wife and two grandchildren spent a fabulous week at this great condo.Plenty of room for all. We were going to eat out a lot but everyone wanted to eat on the balcony with the great view. So with a great kitchen my wife cooked up a storm.The beach was beautiful and the pool convenient. The look on our grandchildren (6 and 9) faces in everything they did was priceless. Gid was overly easy to work with in all aspects We have done beach trips for years and this was the best- can't wait for next year

My husband and I, as well as two adult children just spent the most relaxing week ever at Gid's condo. We've never had such a well stocked kitchen-on vacations like these we tend to like to cook up a storm since we never have time at home after a work day. Pots and pans were beautiful quality, knives, utensils all awesome. Furniture was great-balcony was everything you could ask for. We played scrabble, and yahtzee every evening on the balcony while we drank our wine and toasted the sunset. Beach was half empty and quiet. Perfection! Thanks Gid!

Our family of 6 had the best time. Perfect for any age but especially perfect for us. We have two teens and brought along my elderly parents (one with Parkinson's). My parents loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the ocean views and breeze. We had dolphins out front everyday! Beach is gorgeous!! Walk to John's Pass for some shopping and sweets. Winn Dixie was nice and close. Kitchen was stocked with all our cooking needs. Bed were all comfortable. Lots of beach toys! Pool was a great change from the salt water. I can't say enough how much we loved this condo. We are already planning our stay for next year! Thank you so much for sharing, Gid!

This was the Perfect condo for my family, 2 adults and our 3 teens. Our girls had the bedroom with 2 twin beds, and our son had the room with the double bed. Having their own beds was exactly what we needed for our teens. The VIEW...the view, the view, the view.....we never got tired of that VIEW!!!! That is what we were wanting...and exactly what we got at this ocean front condo. The sand was like powder and so clean. We never heard a single neighbor. We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years. We had great warm weather (in the high 70s) and so for a family from Nebraska, with was the perfect temperature. The Kitchen is very well equipped and had everything you could ever need. The condo was very clean. The owner mentioned installing new carpet in the bedrooms, and so the carpet was new! The main living areas are tile, which we prefer. We had 2 bathrooms. We were able to pack light knowing we had the washer and dryer in the unit. The area is so much quieter compared to Clearwater, and that is what we wanted. It was a short drive to John's Pass. We purchased groceries for the week at Winn Dixie and used the owner's phone number he provided, and so was nice to get a discount on the groceries. The owner left a message to check on us. We did not have a single problem. The WIFI worked fine. My husband loved the recliner as he spent a lot of time watching the Bowl Games. I loved the sound of the ocean. I loved the sunsets. I loved the beach and the view. Perfect!!!! I can tell the owner works to keep his unit updated and well cared for, and he is great to work with. Highly recommended.

My family and I just enjoyed a wonderful Christmas at this beautiful, well equipped condo. The condo is fully updated, fresh and sparkling clean. The views from every window are breathtaking, the beach is very wide with white sugar-like sand that is raked daily. Everything was - well - perfection!! This condo is so well equipped, I was able to make a full turkey dinner for Christmas with ease! We loved walking down the beach to John's Pass, visiting the Candy Kitchen right across the street from the condo, and going mini golfing just a 5 minute drive down the street. Gid is only a phone call away should you need anything, and called to make sure we were settled and everything was okay. Our family of six (all adults) were more than comfortable in this roomy condo. We have stayed at various rental homes and condos, and this one was by far the best. We will definitely be booking another stay! Thank you, Gid, for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

This condo has breath-taking views from every window. The morning sunrise illuminates the kitchen and dining area and the magnificent sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony, master bedroom, and living room. The kitchen has everything you need and has new appliances. The comfortable leather furniture in the living room allows you to relax after a day on the white sandy beach. Gid called the second day to make sure we had settled in. Many restaurants in walking distance and John's Pass offers something for all ages. The fishing right in front of the condo was great. Caught Spanish Mackerel, Sea Bass and Flounder from shore. The bait shop across the street was very convenient and the bait shop owner was very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a great get-away.... This is the place you want to visit. Thank you for everything Gid!

Our family of 6, two adults and four children spent the first week of August in this lovely condo. It was spacious enough for everyone and the location was great. The candy kitchen was a huge hit. The beach was perfect with limited amounts of people up and down the way. Not like some of the packed public beaches. The condo itself was clean and spacious. We even had a party with my family from the area and everyone was able to gather around the wrap around porch and inside. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens. We had to buy some cleaning items, but there were things left for us too such as spices, coffee, and olive oil, etc. We cooked in every night and had a wonderful fun filled beach day everyday. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and perfect beach.

My husband, my parents and I stayed here for three weeks in March. The condo was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We walked the beach every day and the Winn Dixie grocery was just a five minute walk away. Great shopping nearby (we had a rental car but the buses also run regularly and stop right in front of the building). The corner balcony was an added bonus, as each morning we watched the sunrise from the south side and the amazing evening sunsets from the front. Gid was great to deal with and called early in our stay to ensure everything was ok. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was nicely updated and clean. The balcony is amazing! We have small children and the screens made us feel safer. We are breakfast on the balcony and watched the dolphins jumping ever morning. The beach is clean and family friendly too.

What a great stay we had at this condo. Everything is so clean and well kept. We especially love the L shaped balcony for the beautiful views. The tiki huts are bonus if you do not want to be carrying beach chairs to and from the beach. The condo is well stocked with anything you may need. Our family aging in ages from 21 to 76 all were very comfortable and we plan on returning again. This is our second year renting from Gid and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when at Madeira beach.

Beautiful and nicely furnished condo. With it being an end unit we loved all of the windows looking out to the beach and ocean. The balcony was huge and well furnished with patio furniture. The Tiki huts along the building patio, adjacent to the beach were great to get some much need shade in the afternoons. The building was also very handy for walking to Johns Pass. The owner Gid was always very pleasant and called a couple of days into our stay to check if everything was OK. Villa Madeira was well looked after by a very friendly maintenance man.

We are currently staying here until Jan 2nd & we Love it! Very nicely decorated, clean & very comfortable. The L shaped balcony is wonderful the views from the balcony are sensational. Nice fluffy towels, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, nice flat screen tv's in living room & master bedroom, huge circle tub / shower in Mbrm very nice. Very nice large fridge & dishwasher. We cooked our Christmas dinner & so nice to enjoy a nice meal. All the amenities you need basic spices, cleaners, etc. The patio furniture is new & very comfortable. ( the current pics on this site show the older furniture). Wonderful views of the sunsets & so awesome to see the dolphins swimming by morning & evening. The pool is nice , clean & warm water. The beach tiki huts are nice. The beach is nice. The sand is white & you feel like you are walking on flour. The Villa caretakers take very good care of the secure entrance & the grounds & are very nice. The owner of condo # 501 Gid is very nice to work with. He answers any questions one may have and calls to make sure everything is ok. Fortunately for us as he had just left the condo he had left us a nice welcome surprise of wine & a fresh bowl of salad with a nice note to enjoy our Christmas. We have 2 boys ages 12 & 15 & they are loving have their own room & the fact that there is internet & it feels like home with the fridges & pantry stocked up. st Johns Pass is just a mile from here , a nice walk with all kinds of shops & restaurants. Hooters, Bubba Gumps etc. Publix & Winn Dixie grocery stores are close by. The Winn Dixie's you can walk too. Near by heading towards Reddington is a wonderful breakfast restaurant called The Frog Pond. I know funny name but great food huge portions. This place is the perfect location& I don't know how the other condos are at Villa Madeira , but Gids place is Fantastic! Would definitely love to stay here again! So nice to wake up to the sound of the waves the sunrise & being able to keep the patio doors out to the balcony ( 3 sets of doors) open. Please note they do not lock but there is no need to as you are on the 5th floor& the the balcony is securely enclosed with a screen enclosure. Which is great as nothing can fall from the balcony. This is definitely a place to call home! Thank you Gid!

We have stayed in Madeira Beach two straight summers but this was the first time for this particular property. It exceeded our expectations and without sounding too cliche, it was the best vacation to date for our family. Sometimes vacations are without incident, but we did have one little hiccup. We accidentaly locked ourselves out of the condo. Fortunately for us, the wonderful cleaning company and the owner got us in with no problems. Went out of their way for us and we were very grateful. This condo is within a short walk to John's Pass and from the airport in St. Pete/Clearwater, it took us about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. We were able to bypass the beachfront areas (indian rocks, redington) and use a causeway to quickly access the condo. This also made it great for traveling to tampa or any other attraction nearby. The beach was amazing! This is located well away from the public access, so the only ones on the beach were those staying at the condo. The pool was used frequently and was always clean and right by the beach so we could watch our kids from the pool area to the beach easily. Inside the condo was wonderful. Our master suite was amazing! Bed was so comfortable. The master bathroom had a large circular tub/shower which the whole family love. Washer and dryer was convenient and used! Everything was provided for a great vacation. Owner was easily accesible if needed and we could not ask for a better vacation... didn't I already say that!!!

We recently stayed at Villa Madeir and I have to say we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo was very spacious (3 bedroom) with a wonderful balcony. It is a corner unit, so the balcony was on two sides (master bedroom/living room and another doorwall on the side by the dining room). The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable (opposed to plastic chairs on so many balconies) - padded chairs, footstools, tables and a picnic table that would easily seat 8 people. The view was fantastic - mornings and evenings watching dolphins swim by. The pool (which was visible from the side balcony) was well maintained and the lounge chairs were plentiful. The covered picnic tables and lounge chairs on the bricked walkway looking out to the water were an extra bonus. John's Pass is 1 mile away, so we walked there every morning along the beach and sometimes in the evening, too. The kitchen has recently been updated (all new appliances, granite counter tops and new cabinets) and there is ample cookware. A full sized washing machine and dryer in the unit are an added amenity,especially for families. There were games, puzzles and movies to fill in the time you were not enjoying the outdoors - happy to say, we never got a chance to use the extras since the weather was near perfect. There was a high chair and pack and play, which again, I am sure families would appreciate. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner, Gid, was very easy to work with and very thoughtfully called during our stay to make sure everything was all right.. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I have just returned from two weeks of relaxing at this condo unit, this is our second consecutive year and we had a great time. This year our daughter and granddaughter joined us. The unit comes equipped with a pack and play and high chair which was great to not have to bring these items from home. The balcony of course is a great feature, we could all enjoy it and be either in the sun or the shade, which is important when you have little ones. The heated pool was a big hit also. The location of this unit is ideal for anyone who likes to walk to dinner, groceries or near by activities. There are a variety of restaurants in the area and lots to do for every age group. Breathtaking oceanfront views, beautiful white sandy beach, and all the comforts of home … all the ingredients for a spectacular vacation! The fifth floor wrap around balcony was by far what made this condo truly unique … one can enjoy both the sunrise and sunsets while lounging on the patio furniture. The place was clean and well maintained, plus had all the amenities of home - great for families. We certainly look forward to coming back here soon!

I stay at the beach several times a year, and this condo is certainly the best yet! It's greatly decorated, very comfortable, and clean. Ahhh, that balcony--it almost made me want to stay on it in lieu of going down to the beach. I recommend this unit for anyone and everyone!

We just returned from Villa Madeira # 501 for the 2nd year in a row and once again had a wonderful time! The corner unit view is terrific, you can see not only out into the Gulf but up and down the beach, as well as Gulf Blvd! The beds are very comfortable and the condo very clean! We will be visiting again next year!

It has been my wife's & I's privelege to book this property three consecutive years in a row & with good reason! This is a lovely, spacious & incredibly comfortable unit. Furnished in a manner that is most definitely NOT your "typical rental condo fare" & complimented with excellent amenities, it is surely a space designed with our relaxation potential in mind! Ah, but the best part. That balcony! An exquisite wraparound view, again furnished quite comfortably - let the "mental decompression" begin! Wake up to a serene sunrise over the waterway to the east & cap off the day with a wonderous sunset over the ocean to the west all without ever having to leave the premises. Now that's living... Add to the above the personal attention we consistently receive from the host/owner Gid & this assuredly is most unlike the usual "faceless rental agreement" situation. Couple this with the accomodations & it works out as a solid win-win for us most definitely!! My family just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Madeira 501. We had a fabulous time at Gid's unit. The condo was roomy & comfortable. The best thing were the views! From almost every room, you could see the gulf of Mexico, miles of wide,white sandy beach plus the intercoastal waterway and Gulf Blvd. Spectacular is the word that comes to mind. We will definately be back.
