Welcome to Tropic Terrace #8! This comfortable two-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-floor suite offers easy, no-stair access and a convenient location for enjoying your Treasure Island beach getaway. With views overlooking the heated pool, this suite provides a relaxing home base just moments from the beach and all the fun of the surrounding area.

The cozy living area features a comfortable couch, Cable TV, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals, play games, or gather together after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for simple meals and snacks, including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster, along with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Please note that the kitchen does not include a dishwasher.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, while the guest bedroom offers a Twin over Queen bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. The bathroom includes a convenient shower.

The beach paths at Tropic Terrace also connect to the Treasure Island Boardwalk, giving you an easy way to explore the beachfront by foot, bike, or scooter—or however you choose to enjoy the area. Each suite includes one onsite parking pass. Tropic Terrace is a completely non-smoking property. There are no elevators, and stairs are required for access to upper-floor units. Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are also available onsite for guest convenience.
