The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of cabinet and counter space, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a drip coffee maker—everything you need to feel right at home. A large dining table provides the perfect spot for meals, morning coffee, or a family game night.

Each suite includes one onsite parking pass. Tropic Terrace is a completely non-smoking property. There are no elevators, and stairs are required for access to upper-floor units. Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are also available onsite for guest convenience.
