Welcome to Tropic Terrace Suite #44, a freshly updated two-bedroom, 1.5-bath suite with pool views, offering a spacious and comfortable stay in beautiful Treasure Island.

This bright suite features a King-size bed in the primary bedroom, two Twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the living area, along with a Smart TV with Roku and ceiling fans for added comfort — comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The well-appointed kitchen includes counter seating and is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and drip coffee maker, along with dishes, utensils, and cookware for preparing easy meals during your stay. Please note, there is no dishwasher. With 1.5 bathrooms, there's added convenience and privacy for everyone in your group.

The beach paths at Tropic Terrace also connect to the Treasure Island Boardwalk, giving you an easy way to explore the beachfront by foot, bike, or scooter—or however you choose to enjoy the area. Each suite includes one onsite parking pass. Tropic Terrace is a completely non-smoking property. There are no elevators, and stairs are required for access to upper-floor units. Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are also available onsite for guest convenience.
