Located on the third floor, this unit has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. It features stainless appliances and beautiful countertops. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living room features a large flat screen tv and an oversized couch to wind down for the evening while taking in sunset views overlooking the marina. We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The location being so close to the beaches was a big plus. The parking was easy to access and having a secured spot was awesome. The condo had everything we needed with the added bonus of having a spacious balcony. Convenient location with great restaurants within walking distance, great cafes nearby plus a CVS and Winn Dixie a few minute walk. Please was super clean and very secure with a beautiful view of the intracoastal. NIce pool and hot tub and never overly crowded. Condo also had an abundance of towels for the bathroom and the pool/beach.
