Please note: The Bungalows are designed exclusively for vacation accommodations. This property is ideal for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway together. It is not available for weddings, receptions, catered functions, parties, or other organized events, and quiet hours are strictly observed to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests. Great location to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. really easy to get into downtown St. Pete as well. The pool was great but alittle too warm but it’s Florida in the summer not sure there is much you can do about that. The property was great and the units were perfect for our group to have their own spaces when needed. My biggest complaint was the property management company that manages this listing, Resort Rentals. They operate completely separate from VRBO where you have to sign in and register to their platform and go through all this red tape with them and then all your updates are sent via them so it’s a very confusing and complicated experience. To top it off the communication with Resort Rentals was not great so just know what you’re getting into. Also, there were people not staying at this property who came to the pool one day and that felt a little weird from a safety perspective.
