Welcome to Sunset Vistas 605N, a spacious and bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 6th floor with beautiful Gulf and Treasure Island views from your private balcony.

This comfortable, freshly updated condo accommodates up to four guests and features an open living area designed for relaxation and gathering. The living room includes comfy couch, two cozy sitting chairs, a large Smart TV, and direct balcony access. Enjoy meals or a friendly game of cards at the dining table, just steps from the open kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils so you’ll have everything you need upon arrival. The private balcony - accessible from the living room and master bedroom - is set up with table and chairs and provides the perfect place to relax and take in the views—especially at sunset!

The master bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, attached bathroom, and balcony access, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV. Both bathrooms have been beautifully updated with lovely tile work, including a tub/shower combo in the master bath and a walk-in shower in the guest bath.

This condo is in a great location with many activities to chose from. Parking was a plus with a covered space for one car.
Everything was clean and very bright. Layout is spacious and easy for 4 to 6 people to relax and unwind. Short walk to the beach as the unit sits towards front of building but the path is all paved and easy to access the beach. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!
