Condo was just like the pictures and was a very easy walk to the beach. The elevators on property are slow but that’s not the host’s fault. Appon arrival a lingering smell of cigarette smoke hits you in the face. The unit could use some maintenance and some cleaning. Grease and dust on cabinet above microwave, mold on the shower curtains and several holes in drywall and doors. Overall unit was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The unit did not have any smart tvs and the cable was also in and out for most of our stay. The condo is on the side but the balcony is angled to face the gulf so you do get a partial gulf view but you can still see the sunrise/sunsets. There is only one assigned parking spot and not really any guest parking spots other than the paid parking out front which the city owns. The place was great! It looked just like in the photos, and was very comfortable for our family of four. The only negative for us was that there were no smart TVs as was described in the listing . I contacted the host but they were not responsive so I resolved it with Airbnb. If this is not an issue for you then this place will not disappoint.- Reviewed On: 8/2/2026
