Sunset Vistas 405S

We had a great stay at Sunset Vistas in Room 405S and would definitely recommend it!
The view from the room was incredible, especially the beautiful sunsets. The beach was clean and gorgeous, and the pool was also very clean and never felt overcrowded. It was also really convenient having an ice cream shop right outside.
There are a few things that could use some improvement. The elevator definitely needs some maintenance, and it was extremely hot inside. The room itself was clean, but some of the furniture was stained and quite outdated. We also felt there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided for a full week-long stay. Also, no shampoo and soap is very small.
One thing to keep in mind is that you have to pay extra for the beach umbrellas and loungers, which would be nicer if they were included with the stay.
Overall, though, we really enjoyed our experience. The location, beautiful beach, amazing views, peaceful pool, and incredible sunsets made it a wonderful vacation. 🌴☀️

This was a great condo for our family. We all had plenty of room. There were a few beach towels and a beach chair in the unit. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf. The pool is decent sized pool. We will be staying again next year.

Overall, we had a great stay! The location is perfect and the hotel (Sunset Vistas) is beautiful and well maintained. The property is spotless and the pool is great. The ocean view from the porch is even better than the pictures!
One thing to note - this is a hotel, not a residential condo. The difference I noticed from past experiences on Airbnb is that there weren’t any items left by the home owner or past visitors to get you started in the kitchen (eg: salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, etc) or things like beach towels, board games, boogie board etc. not a complaint at all - those things weren’t promised. Just a call out so you know what to expect if you’re used to Airbnb-ing in more residential type places.
I wished there had been some plastic plates and cups for the kiddos, and a few extra cleaning supplies (sponge for dishes, spray for table).
Those minor things aside, we had a wonderful time and recommend without hesitation!

The experience that we had here was amazing. You really will struggle to find a better place to stay in the area. I’ll try to keep good value for your money. The condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and we did not feel cramped. We love that we would be able to easily access one of two pools, gym, the beach, café, milkshake, shack, and we’re extremely close to many nearby, restaurants and grocery stores. The vibe was extremely positive and uplifting. If we choose a vacation in the area again, we likely will stay here.

We were very impressed with this property. It was clean and had an ocean view. We only had a minor request to switch out a comforter, which was promptly done. It was nice to be able to access one of two pools, a gym, a café, and ice cream and milkshake, shack, and obviously the beach was just a short walk away. We never found ourselves wondering what are we going to do today? If we return to treasure Island, I feel that this will be our place. Oh and I forgot the assigned parking spot was very nice.

We always have a wonderful time at Sunset Vista, we go at least four times a year because we live in Central Florida, we love to stay straight on the beach because we usually travel with our family and the kids, we like the little kiddie area and Jacuzzi and the pool it’s right on the beach so it’s very useful for us. The condo has the amenities that we need, the place was clean and the communication was on top.

We spent a week here and it was great. First time to the area and it was a great location. The beach and pool were great, the beds were comfortable we had no issues at all, everything went great. We would stay here again.
