Welcome to Sunset Dreams, a relaxing coastal retreat designed for easy living and unforgettable getaways. This beautifully maintained single-level home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering comfort and convenience for your extended stay (30-night minimum). Ideally located just about a mile from Upham Beach and only 1.1 miles to the start of Treasure Island beaches—an easy 3–5 minute drive—you’re never far from sun, sand, and stunning Gulf views and sunsets.

The true highlight of this home is the incredible outdoor space, where you’ll want to spend most of your time. The spacious, fully fenced backyard offers privacy and is perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the large pool deck with comfortable lounge chairs, a heated pool (available for an additional fee and not always activated), and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Dogs are welcome with applicable fees and restrictions, so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun. 1 larger or 2 smaller dogs with a one time $100, non refundable pet fee.

Inside, the home features an open and inviting layout. The living room is generously sized with an oversized sectional sofa, two additional chairs, a Smart TV, and direct access to the patio and pool area. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully updated kitchen, creating the perfect setting for gathering together. The dining table comfortably seats five and is ideal for meals or game nights. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, extra counter seating, and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and a drip coffee maker—everything you need to feel right at home.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with stunning tile work and a separate soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. There is a door in this bathroom that leads to the pool deck. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and TV, making it great for families or additional guests. The guest bathroom is tastefully updated with a walk-in shower.
