Great location… beach view with direct access and doesn’t have public parking so it’s not over crowded. Condo was clean and well stocked with whatever you would need. Love the spot and would book again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect! Cleanest place I have ever rented! Well stocked with everything you could need! Steps to the ocean, sunset right outside front door! Kerri was awesome, very quick to respond to any questions/requests we had. Bonus - FULL SIZE coffee pot! Will definitely visit again!!!

This was a wonderful condo with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. The decor was beautiful. We had access to a washer/dryer, steps to the beach, and an amazing time. Fully enjoyed this place.

I have stayed at three units in the bldg and this is without a doubt the best. Nicely upgraded, nice furniture and distribution. Everything you need in the kitchen and for a beach day; incredible supplies. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Good a/c. Super fast communication and response.

Kerri is an amazing hostess. Everything is spotless, updated furniture, comfortable beds and she thinks of and provides so many little extras that make it extra special to stay here. We enjoyed sunsets from our balcony, walks and days on an uncrowded beach, and a lovely place to recharge and relax for each day of vacation. I am a return customer every year and am so thankful I crossed paths with Kerri.

We had two requirements for a vacation rental; beachfront with shoreline fishing. This property had that and more. The condo is beautifully decorated with updated appliances. My wife contacted Kerri for assistance with a surprise birthday and I was so surprised and appreciative. I almost didn't want to tell friends about this hidden gem, but everyone should experience this beauty once in their lifetime. Thank you so much Kerri for beijg a wonderful hostess!

Very cleaned well stocked condo . At high tide you are maybe 50 yards from the water. When we left my wife said; "I really like it here , I'd come again."

The location was steps from the beach. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I was impressed with all the small touches that the Host provided. It was a perfect place with gulf views with things to do close by. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Thank you Kevin

This unit is right on the beach. The location is perfect. Waking up to that view every morning is what made our stay so wonderful. The unit itself was adorable. Very clean and worked perfect for us. We are beach people so we cooked at night so we could stay on the beach longer. Very, very nice. I would recommend ths unit to anyone.

Location was at a much less traveled area. Beach was not as congested as in other areas of Treasure Island. Condo itself was great. Kerrie is awesome. We had some questions and she always answered her phone. Had a great relaxing week

We loved how close we were to the beach. The shelling was wonderful during our stay. The condominium was close to food and shopping. We did a dolphin watch also. Our host was very responsive and welcoming!

Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for cooking a Christmas meal. We were joined during the day by our 3 adult children and had plenty of room for the five of us. The beach is just out the door and was great for taking walks. Communication with Kerri was very good.

We have stayed at this property owners condos and she thinks of everything. So many extra touches and conveniences make your stay extra special. Beds are super comfy-towels like a luxury hotel and this location is amazing. We watched sunsets from our balcony. Beach gear was there for us and this stretch of beach was just beautiful.I will be back. Thanks for an amazing trip!

My family really enjoyed staying in this well-kept and fully stocked with essentials beach condo. The location can not be beat and the sunsets are the absolute best. One of our favorite highlights was watching all of the 4th of July fireworks down the coast. What a show! Look forward to re-booking in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in Kerri’s condo. She has made the place VERY accommodating and the location of being just steps away from the beach was absolutely amazing. The beds are a bit uncomfortable as well as the pillows, but when traveling you kinda expect to not sleep like you are in the comfort of your own personal bed. Kerri was easy to talk to throughout stay when a minor problem occurred with the freezer and even offered to come bring us ice. We really hope to stay here again some day!

This location was perfect for our stay, with the exception of the sound of a sawzall running all afternoon on check in and the constant tapping on Friday and Saturday. My husband is a cardiac patient and tends to stay in the room enjoying the views and taking naps. My only suggestion would be to ask neighbors to let you know when that type of work is being done and give your renters a heads up. The condo was the best stocked we have ever stayed in. Attention to all the little details was greatly appreciated. Very Clean!

Great condo right on the beach. Chairs and towels available in the unit to take to the beach. Condo decor was beach themed. Kitchen well equipped and the host even provided some snacks. I’d love to stay there again.

The sunsets here on the beach are gorgeous! The condo is clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, and Kerri leaves some thoughtful surprises. Cookies and coffee, some pantry items, laundry pods, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Communication was stellar! Check in was easy. A beautiful gem. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo! There is nothing we can say about our stay that is negative - Kerri's communication from start to finish, the cleanliness of the unit, the beautiful decor, the thoughtful "pluses" (specific towels for makeup removal, LOTS of beach supplies, laundry detergent, first aid kid, Tylenol, and more), the location of the unit (we love Sunset Beach so knew this was a given!) - EVERYTHING was top notch. Would not change one thing! We will be back!
