I had the best vacation in a long time, due to this house. We had some minor hiccups but nothing major & they quickly addressed them. The house is so comfortable & private, the location was awesome, on a quiet street right near a local venue & quick walk to the beach. The kitchen/dining area was huge & beautiful overlooking the pool which was great to have, loved it! The bedrooms/beds were comfortable with their own baths, another plus, (living room could use 2 recliners instead of those other chairs, or a sleeper sofa), overall, had a great relaxing time, definitely thinking about coming back!- Reviewed On: 8/31/2026

We loved this house! The kitchen was stocked well, they had games in the cabinet that we enjoyed, there were beach chairs, towels, pool floats and a wagon provided for the beach, all the beds were comfortable. We had so much fun in the pool. The water was a little warm at times but I’m sure that’s hard to control in Florida summers. The outdoor furniture was great with a shade umbrella. The beach is an easy five minute walk to the water. Several restaurants and the trolley with in walking distance. Most of the neighbors live there full time but they were all super friendly. The only thing I would add would be a grill in the backyard and some non slip rugs for the inside by the doors. We would definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 7/6/2026

A must rent for anyone looking for a quiet getaway minutes from the beach. House was clean & bright with plenty of outdoor living space. The host, Dawn was out of this world.
