Kristin's place was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was super comfy. I worked remote for over a month and never had issues with the wifi. Only note is the parking isn't assigned, so it can get busy on the weekends

Clean and centrally located.

Great location and views, even saw dolphins swimming in the international water way from our balcony. Pool was warm and clean with plenty of seating, beautifully decorated for the holidays, I would definitely recommend this property.

Quiet and comfy as usual

Great place for short or long term. Visited during winter, but would love to come back in summer and enjoy the lake more. PM very responsive to a couple small issues and questions.

Lovely vacation

Lovely cozy condo, clean , ideal location. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the intracoastal. Whole Complex is friendly. . Would suggest arriving in daylight if first visit as difficult to navigate complex at night when you don’t know the buildings.

We had a fabulous time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa con Vist- Sea Club - Indian Shores! The condo had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the beautiful pool. Everything was clean and well kept. The beach was a short walk. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Kristin

Kristin and her entire team are simply amazing. She exceeded my expectations and I can tell she is driven for Hospitality. The condo is beautiful and the breeze from the bay was amazing in April. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play. Easy Access to the beach. I would say it’s maybe a 3 minute walk. Local restaurants. When I plan my next trip to that area I sure hope Kristin is my host.

Casa Con Vista

I had a fabulous month at Casa Con Vista condo at Sea Club in Indian Shores. It was the first time I stayed on the inter coastal and it is my new FAVORITE view. While I love the GULF, I loved and so enjoyed the tranquility of the inter coastal and all the activity on it. The booking agent, Kristin at Welcome Y'All Vacations, could not have been more accommodating or helpful when a couple of housekeeping issues occurred. I look forward to booking again at Sea Club and working with Kristin.
