Welcome to Sea Breeze 503! This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

The open living room features a roomy couch with built-in recliners, USB chargers and cup holders, a big-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The private west-facing balcony is the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee, breathtaking sunsets every evening and just watching the beach’s action unfold throughout the day.

The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and utensils, perfect for preparing meals if you choose to dine in. Gather around the roomy dining table for dinner or game nights, or let the kids enjoy their own space at the extra high-top kitchen table and chairs.

The main bedroom offers two queen beds, a TV, and an attached full bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and TV, with another full bathroom available for guests. Tropical décor throughout the condo adds a cheerful beach vibe that perfectly complements your beachfront setting.

The Sea Breeze building is directly on the beach with easy beach access right at the back of the property. Enjoy the shared heated pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing any time of day. My family and I stayed for a week this February and had an incredible time. The condo was amazing and very well kept by the owner. It had everything we needed, we just bought groceries to cook for the week. The TVs had cable and streaming apps for when we needed a break from the sun. The surrounding area is great and its only a half mile walk to John’s Pass where there’s a ton of shops, restaurants and things to do on the strip/boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony that overlooked the pool and a common area with a grill, tables, lots of lounging chairs and cornhole + other outdoor games. It can be intimidating renting a place without knowing the specifics but I can assure you this place had more than we needed to be comfortable and have a great time and we’ll surely be back in the near future!

Fantastic condo, wonderful week!

Right on the beach with a pool and a hot tub on site, which didn't have a curfew time. Easy access to the beach. Very nice condo with all of the amenities and equipment you need. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Beautiful view of the sunset in the evenings. Closet was filled with beach items to use while at the beach and pool which was fabulous! We took a baby (18 months), we did have to worry about the glass top coffee table and fabric covered chairs, but we just covered things with towels to keep them clean and safe.

From the moment we stepped into unit 503 at Sea Breeze we felt in vacation, the place was clean spotless and with meticulous attention. Quality furniture and arranged nicely to maximize the open space feel of the unit. Very comfortable beds. As a plus, there were towels, soaps made available from the host and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a homemade meal. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, facing the gulf in Madeira Beach. A lot of entertainment options in the area with many bars and restaurants at John's Pass. The entertainment is mostly during day time so it is quiet at night, we slept great with no night time noise. Everyone we met at the Sea Breeze has been amazing, from other guests to the service staff. We very very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back.
