The amenities at Sand Castle II are endless! The community features a beautiful large pool deck with loungers, direct waterfront heated pool and a hot tub. Restaurants. including famous Salt Rock Grill and across the street from the well know Caddy’s, bars, and miniature golf easily within walking distance. We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. For the more adventurous you, rentals from bikes, paddleboat to jetskis are available also across the street and for the nature lovers, the bird sanctuary or a walk through the Nature park are options.

The condo was exactly what we needed for our family vacation for fall break. We loved the views from the 9th floor of the condo looking directly over the gulf. It was quick to get to the beach or spend time at the pool. There is a restaurant directly across the street but we did need to drive a little bit (5-10 minutes) to find places more kid friendly which wasn’t a big deal.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! Great amenities, an awesome restaurant, DIRECTLY across the street, playing MY kinda music😎
The beach was incredible, fabulous beach chairs, and super easy access, plus I've never been to a beach with so many cool shells to collect! If there was 1 downside, it was this.... the assigned parking spot took me about a 15 point turn to get into, bc it was smaller than some, and I have a Camry, so not a large vehicle. It was perfectly fine though until the last 2 or 3 days when someone with an SUV was parked in the spot behind me, and they left about 4 feet of space in the front of their spot, so it made it very difficult to back out, however, I managed to never hit that car or the cement barriers around the my spot. All in all, minus the parking spot, I give it a 10/10 and would for sure book again!

Cheer Youth Summit Trip

We were in Tampa for Youth Summit and had an aunt and cousin come in also. The condo was perfect for our family and the views and ammenities (pool and beach access) were fantastic! There were restaurants across the street and just down the road. The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. It was about 45 minutes to the Tampa Convention Center.

Condo was exactly like the pictures and walkable distance to several restaurants and little shops! Beach was steps away and not as crowded as the public beaches. If I had to say something negative about it I’d say that the lack of ac in the elevator is awful we’d all be pouring sweat by the time we got off of it, and there’s a lack of parking so if you have 2 vehicles you have to hope for a guest spot to be available. Otherwise it’s a great little condo, comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 7.

The condo is exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful stay. The balcony view is beautiful with quiet mornings, dolphin watching and sunsets. The condo has pretty much everything you need, even things not listed like beach chairs, cooler, bedroom fans, board games and a highchair. Plenty of hangers, bath towels, pillows and blankets. The unit’s parking spot is covered and close to the elevators. We’ve stayed in Indian Rocks a few times and this is a great condo and location.

Could have been better

Rental/management company very responsive but we had a lot of trouble with the lock malfunctioning and out tv was not working properly. The cable box kept cutting out while we were watching. Please advise owner that a new Spectrum box would be a good idea and the lock is tempermental
