The ground level offers convenient parking for one-car in the garage with room for two additional cars in the driveway. Just outside, you’ll find a small deck area with a table and chairs—a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. Stairs lead from the ground level to the front-door entrance and the main living area.

The main living level has an open-concept area designed for relaxing and spending time together. The comfortable living room features a large sectional sofa, a large-screen Smart TV, and a desk and chair for anyone who needs to sneak in a little work while vacationing. Step outside onto the balcony from the living room and enjoy the Florida sunshine with seating for relaxing. Caddy’s Treasure Island is nearby on Sunset Beach and is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening. Enjoy beachside food and drinks, relax with your feet in the sand, take in the Gulf views, and catch one of the area’s famous sunsets. Caddy’s also offers beach chairs and umbrellas, live entertainment, volleyball and a lively beachfront atmosphere.

Just down the beach, Ka’Tiki is another local favorite. This classic Sunset Beach tiki bar has a laid-back atmosphere, pub-style food, a game room, and live music featuring a variety of local and national performers.
