Welcome to Sailfish + Jellyfish, a beachfront home on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island made up of two connected townhomes. Sailfish sits on the beach side of the home, and Jellyfish is on the street side. With six bedrooms, four full baths, two half baths, and room for up to 16 guests, this home is made for multi-family vacations, reunions, and big group getaways. Each townhome has its own kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry, so families can spread out and keep their own routines, then come together for meals, game nights, and sunsets on the deck.

The home sits right on the sand, with a beach access path on the grounds that makes it easy to come and go all day. The covered ground-level patio has picnic tables just off the beach, and grills are ready for big group cookouts. One level up, an expansive deck stretches across the beach side of the home, with plenty of room to gather and watch the waves. Upstairs, private balconies off the bedrooms offer quiet spots for morning coffee. Sailfish enjoys direct Gulf views from its main living area and primary suite. Jellyfish, on the street side, offers partial beach and Gulf views from its balconies, with a southwest exposure that sets the stage for colorful sunset skies.

Both townhomes share the same three-level layout. The main level of each side offers an open kitchen with generous counter space, abundant cabinetry, and a refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. It also has a dining area, a living room with a full-size sleeper sofa and balcony access, a half bath, and a washer and dryer. Sailfish has a drip coffee maker, and Jellyfish has a pod coffee maker and extra counter seating. All six bedrooms are on the upper levels. Each side has a king primary suite with a TV, private balcony, and attached bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Each also has a second king bedroom and a third bedroom: a queen bedroom in Sailfish and a flexible queen Murphy bed room with a couch and balcony in Jellyfish. A guest bath with a tub and shower serves the additional bedrooms on each side, and free WiFi is available throughout.

Two of Sunset Beach’s favorite spots are within walking distance. Ka’Tiki is a laid-back, thatched-roof beach bar known for its local crowd, pub-style food, and live music throughout the week.

Just south, St. Pete Beach offers more beautiful stretches of sand, waterfront dining, shopping, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Head north to Madeira Beach to explore John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, a walkable waterfront destination with a marina, specialty shops, souvenirs, sweet treats, and fresh seafood.
