Enjoy a much-deserved beach vacation at this dreamy coastal retreat. This beautiful, family-friendly, townhouse features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating for dining, free WiFi, and great outdoor area. Be sure to take advantage of the spacious balconies and enjoy a favorite beverage in the sunshine while listening to the waves crash against the shore in the distance. The main living space in this charming townhouse is decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings and coastal décor. There is comfortable seating, and a large flat screen tv. Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen with an attached coffee bar. There is a formal dining area with a table set for 4, and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home. On the ground level there is a large outdoor area with seating, 2 TV's, gas grill, and gas fire pit for you to enjoy during your vacation.

On the main level, the first bedroom has a king bed, coastal décor, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms each with a king sized bed, and a shared family room are with TV.

The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. Perfect for our family gathering from out of state. The house was spacious, well decorated and clean. Just steps to the beach!
Really appreciated the comfy bedding and the elevator was a definite bonus. Only complaint was that there were not any cookie sheets or baking pans. The ice maker was not working but was quickly replaced.

The condo is even closer to the beach than anticipated. Literally might be 80 steps front door to the beach. The entrance right across the street from provided a private beach experience because public access point was around a mile down the street. Beach chairs and umbrellas were in the garage for our use which were critical to long hours on the beach. Check in was simple as typing the code into the keypad on the door. The condo was larger than I thought and had a countertop grill with TV and sitting area in the back yard area. It's always good to receive more than anticipated.
I only stay at high end properties like the ritz or four seasons but would definitely stay here again.
