The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, TV, balcony access, ample closet space, and an attached bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own TV, with a nearby guest bathroom showcasing beautiful tile work and a walk-in shower. This condo is perfect. We have stayed in this complex before and love the pool and grilling area. Right on the beach and just across the street from many restaurants and entertainment. Want to sightsee take the trolley the stop is right outside the condo. The condo has everything you need for kitchen items, bath towels and a few beach towels. The only thing we needed to purchase were beach chairs. We left them there so hopefully the next guests can use them. We will be back.

We have been staying in the Madeira beach area for over 10 years. Ocean Sands is one of the condo complexes we like the best. It is clean, the pool area is large and it is across the street from everything you need. We spend 90 percent of your time at the beach. This condo has everything but beach accessories so we took a trip to the home depot and purchased chairs. There is an option to rent but for the length of our stay it was more affordable to buy. We read that some units do not offer these items so I did pack a beach sun tent for our trip that worked out great. The kitchen items, furniture, beds and bathrooms were all top notch. If this unit is available in the future we will book it again.

There were a few disappointments, some real uncleanliness, in particular, a filthy toilet bowl cleaner. The king size bed had a nasty foam top. The second bedroom wasn’t great, the twin beds weren’t comfortable and the traffic noise at the busy intersection outside was loud from the window above. Some of the furnishings were treacherous, lots of glass, including a glass dining table, top and base, that weren’t attached, an accident waiting to happen. The check out time was 10:00 am, which was early for a move out. Parking could have been better arranged, in terms of getting a parking permit, check-in time was 4:00 pm and the building office was already closed. Woke up to find a slip of paper on the car windshield, warning of a towing with no permit. The parking space was great, a great view of the beach, second only to the one from the unit and its nice wide balcony.
