Welcome to Madeira Vista #306! This beautiful 3rd-floor beachfront condo offers incredible, wide-open views of the Gulf and beach and everything you need for a relaxing and memorable Madeira Beach getaway.

The bright and spacious living area is designed to make the most of the view, with an extra-large sectional sofa, large-screen Smart TV, and a dining table for six positioned right against the wall of windows overlooking the Gulf. Dining with a view doesn’t get much better than this! The open kitchen provides plenty of counter and cabinet space and is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and everything you’ll need to prepare a meal while enjoying the beautiful Florida sunsets. After dinner, the dining table is also the perfect spot for a family game night or a friendly game of cards.

The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, Gulf views, and a Smart TV. The attached bathroom has been updated with a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers both a queen bed and a twin bed, along with its own Smart TV, while the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The fun continues beyond the condo! Madeira Vista is located directly on the beach, giving you easy access to the sand and Gulf. Take a swim in the onsite heated pool, relax on the pool-deck lounge chairs, or enjoy the common area and picnic tables. Elevator access makes coming and going easy, and of course, one of the best amenities of all is being able to step outside and enjoy an incredible Gulf sunset every evening.

The location is fantastic for exploring everything Madeira Beach and the surrounding Tampa Bay area have to offer. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk is approximately 1.5 miles away, with more than 100 shops, restaurants, and water-related businesses to explore, along with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, watersports, and even pirate-themed cruises. For dining at John’s Pass, check out Friendly Fisherman Restaurant for fresh seafood and waterfront views, Sculley's Seafood Restaurant for seafood right along the boardwalk, or Pirates Pub and Grub for a casual, pirate-themed meal. Mad Beach Craft Brewing Company is another fun stop for craft beer and casual coastal fare.
