Welcome to Land's End 5-203, an incredible 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the very tip of the island, offering guests a unique view and perspective! The breathtaking view from the private balcony and the master bedroom is of Blind Pass (the opening between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico). You may see dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors as the tide moves in and out of the Pass. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and state of the art appliances, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family! The condo has stunning wooden floors throughout. Washer/Dryer in the condo, free Wifi and free parking is available. Plus, you just walk across the property to the beach.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. For a fun twist, don't miss the pirate ship rides! It's the perfect spot for a day of family fun, adventure and relaxation by the water.

Treasure Island is located just north of St. Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach and boasts miles of stunning white-sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico, while the Boca Ciega Bay waterways border the east side of the island. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back. The furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is INCREDIBLE - laying in bed is almost like looking out from a room on a cruise ship. The walk to the beach is super quick. Thoughtful details and high end finishes were the cherry on top of a great stay.

Don’t sleep on this rental! The views were MAGICAL. The condo was pristine, modern, and cozy. We’ve vacationed up and down the Treasure Island coast for ten years and this condo was hands down our FAVORITE. No other condo is as close to the actual ocean as this unit. Maybe a stones throw away from the water, if that! Sunny days and rainy days are enjoyable with the view and sound of the ocean so close. I could literally lay in bed and watch dolphins play in the water each morning. The balcony was our family’s favorite spot. We spent hours just sitting and watching the waves. The walking path around the Land’s End property was amazing! The beach itself was quiet, private, and so gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals, wash our clothes, and enjoy our stay. I seriously cannot sing the praises of this property, the location, and the rental company enough. Everything was perfect from booking to checking out and everything in between. Don’t hesitate- BOOK THIS CONDO!

This is an UNBELIEVABLE stay & we couldn't believe it when we got there for the price we paid. 5 stars across the board!
We loved it so much we created a YOUTUBE REVIEW VIDEO, you can find it on my channel @mateofrancodc
(There is a $50 resort fee that wasn't mentioned, but not a big deal for us. It includes amenities, your parking, pool & hot tub access.) Amenities include pickleball, shuffleboard, tennis, & ping pong.
The view from this unit is hard to beat, being on the intercoastal & ocean. We saw dolphins and manatees every day.
Only cons of this unit would be at our stay there was construction a few units up that started at 8 am every weekday morning (wasn't a big deal for us since we were up exploring or at the ocean already) there is a bar a cross the intercostal that can be a bit loud for the guest room. Maybe an issue if you are bringing some kiddos along.
All in all, 5 stars across the board & would definitely book again! Staff is great & very responsive too!

We LOVED the condo we stayed at. It was beautiful; everything was spotless, (and we think brand new), and it was decorated beautifully and had every amenity we needed. The only suggestion we might make is to add a couple of mirrors outside of the bathrooms. The view was beautiful of both the Intercoastal and the Gulf, and we really enjoyed watching the dolphins play! We loved the close proximity to the beach and being able to see gorgeous sunsets each night. We also enjoyed the pool and found it to be clean with plenty of chairs to accommodate the guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. The only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars was the constant construction from 9am to 4pm every day at our building. I realize that the property is recovering from the hurricanes, and everyone is working hard to restore quickly, but it was very inconvenient. We had to work some of the days that we were there and the noise was making it nearly impossible to hear. We also were told the water would be shut off for one of the days all day so we had to leave and go elsewhere. We just wished someone would have told us there would be continual construction efforts for a month, or have offered us a small discount for the inconvenience, but we would absolutely stay in the unit we rented again.
