This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is a must see! The kitchen has been beautifully updated and is fully equipped and ready for your culinary masterpieces to be created! The view of the Intracoastal Waterway can be seen from the living room and master bedroom, it can also be enjoyed from your private balcony as you relax and unwind after your day of sunshine on the beach.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. The place was nice and clean. When I walked in there was a puddle in f water on the kitchen floor. A pipe was leaking under the sink. I called to report the leak. They said someone would be out to fix but nobody came. I put a bucket under the leak and it wasn’t an issue for the remainder of my stay. The only real issue I had was that there wasn’t a chef knife or a serrated knife. The lands end community is great. The beach is less populated than other beaches on TI which was nice. I would definitely rent there again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well maintained and was in a perfect location. We seen dolphins at the canal as soon as we check in and the beach was less than a 2 minute walk. I would highly recommend

As a first timer to the St. Petersburg area, we had a balance of tourist attractions and lazy beach time. Resorts Rentals' website helped us with many suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Don't miss the Dali museum.
Land's End was beautiful and well kept with pool and two hot tubs and while the white sanded beach is across the property. The unit had all the things you needed for a comfortable stay, plus chairs and a umbrella for the beach. We were on the bay side with balcony views of the St. Pete Beach scene and pelicans diving into the water. The only downside was the music from the bars across the street. However, the music usually ended around 10-11, but easy listening if the band is good. I would highly recommend this property.
