Resort and Location were great! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and had live music right across the channel at certain times. Not overwhelming at all as the doors blocked out most of it when you don't want to hear it. The only issues I have with the condo are the 2 tables in the apartment are really unstable and an accident waiting to happen. Looked under the dining room table and at least 6 of the bolts were about to fall out. Very unsafe and a liability to the renter if it was damaged. Also one side of the kitchen sink didn't drain very well. Other than that the place was perfect and still gets 5 stars.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Condo furniture, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. Lands End is quiet and well taken care of. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Only thing I’d change is upgrading the mattresses which aren’t the best but definitely not the worst either. Would rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable accommodations, accurate description, and serene. We prefer the bay side because we're able to have the best of both worlds, beach and bay. Also this was our second time at this private complex on the bay side and personally we enjoyed being able to listen to the music from across the bay at the sports bar when sitting on the balcony at night. You cannot hear it inside and it's not all night long. We love the private beach and how much space was available. No need to rush to the beach to grab a spot for the day like most other places. All in all, highly recommended and well worth the money. The only downside is that when they say no check in before 4pm they truly mean no check in before 4. I didn't receive the door code until 4:03. So if you book expecting to receive the code once the room is clean and ready, like most places we've stayed, don't think that's the case. Not an issue, just a heads up.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FUTURE GUESTS: The condo view of the intercoastal is great & the walk to the beach is as easy as walking across the parking area, so can be on the sand in less than a minute. The condo itself was amazing with high quality granite counters, lots of beds, etc. HOWEVER, if you want to spend time on the balcony in the evenings it would be difficult unless you like loud music from the bar/restaurant directly across the intercoastal which normally happens from 4Pish to 10Pish. We gave the condo/owner a 5* review because they did an amazing job putting in very expensive windows & sliding doors so you can not hear the music indoors & it was record heat the week we were there so we were in the airconditioning, so didn't really matter, & how can you penalize an owner for something they can't control. We gave Resort Rentals 4* because they should have made us aware of this issue & if we DID want to be on the balcony in the evenings we would have demanded a refund.

The overall of the place was beautiful, beach close, pool was fantastic. The bed mattress's in the bedroom next to water need changed out. One sinks in the middle. The fan switch is broken for speed. The storm door does not close properly. We had multiple light bulbs out. As far as the cleaning there was coco puffs cereal on the floor and debris under the high furniture that you could easily see.

Two items. There was a blind in the master bedroom that did not work at all. That meant that at night the lights from large buildings across the intercostal shined in at night and the sun in the morning. Both were very disturbing. Also the two cockroaches I killed were disturbing.

Our normal location was impacted by Hurricane damage so we switched to Lands End. Very spacious with all the comforts of home. The pool was heated and the grounds a well maintained. Loved the location. Will definitely be back.

The place was nearly immaculate. The location was phenomenal. The beds were box springs, it sank in the middle when trying to settle in. And we're average weight of 160lbs and 135lbs. We washed the decorative pillow cases in the sleeping quarters as it smelled bad and had dark stains. Other than those minor fixes...the places was wonderful and will definitely stay again ❤️

Beautiful location, very safe and private beach. You get both gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. No restaurants within walking distance, but many good restaurants within short driving distance . I would definitely come back .

We’re a 3 generation family that hadn’t traveled since pandemic- high expectations! Unit was well described - clean, well-equipped & cute beach decor. Development was well- maintained & secure - responsive to any needs. Unit needs new mattresses, main bedroom is subject to daily & nightly band music from nightclubs across the narrow bay which meant we didn’t get much sleep all week! Suggest renters consider this location in complex as undesirable.

We stayed in building 4, unit 303. This one faces the Blind Pass (intercoastal waters). Tons of manatees and dolphins to view. Added bonus to sit on porch at night and listen to the Toasted Monkey band across the way. Condo was extremely clean, kitchen fully equipped and so beautifully decorated. Property well maintained with gorgeous flowers! The location is great! Easy to get to St Pete and Madeira Beach within minutes. Just love this place! Definitely will be a yearly family vacation tradition.

The location of this condo was perfect and interior was beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly!! Housekeeping could’ve done a better job prior to our arrival. Floors were not swept or mopped and sheets had sand in them and hair on them.

Reviewer Comments: We picked this condo for a few reasons: 1) It was one of the few condos at Land's End that had four beds. 2) The furniture and appointments appear to be a bit nicer than others. 3) Land's End has a large size swimming pool. All of our expectations were met. We found this condo to be clean, comfortable and spacious. It overlooks the canal and is a minute's walk to the beach or pool. The only negative thing I can say is that the dishwasher failed to get any dishes clean even after running the same dishes twice. We've since notified Resort Rentals about this. You can't go wrong with choosing this unit.

Condo is perfect for beach during day, short 2 min walk and after you watch the sunset return to your condo and enjoy nightly entertainment from your balcony - live music The Toasted Money from across bay can be easily heard. Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms clean, have used both heat and AC both work without problem. I have also enjoyed the stackable laundry. Love this Condo! Hope to come stay here again and again.
