Fortunately we found this place as it was what we needed it to be.
Although it is Outdated, it served us as it is a highly functional and clean condo. The owner had all the dishes/kitchenwares we needed.
These components were all necessary to find an AFFORDABLE home for a week of vacation, family, and swim meets. Through our search I thought we were going to have to settle far from the beach.

Overall we had a great visit! Considering the damage done from the storms only a year ago, Madeira Beach was beautiful and enjoyable. We appreciate the fact we could clearly see the beach from across the street, and spent most mornings and evenings on the back patio.
If you’re looking for something close to the beach, convenient to access, and provides you the feeling of a “salt life” get-a-way, this place was great. A little dated on the inside, some super small fixes would make it even more beautiful.
We’re grateful for you hosting our family and allowing us to make memories in your space. We would love to come back and see you again next year.

Great condo, awesome location! This location was not as crowded as some that we've been too, but there was a lot to do in just a few minutes drive. The condo was just as described, and had everything we needed. The condo does need some updating (I would definitely replace the balcony doors, they were pretty loud), but it was clean, and that matters the most. The mattresses are new, but very firm. My husband loved it, but I'm used to a softer mattress. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind. The pool was wonderful and warm! We spent a lot of our time there! My 11 year old son loved it! Beaches were very clean and just a small walk to get there. On a sidenote...if you are hamburger lover, check out TNT Burgers, they are amazing!! We also ate at Sculley's at John's Pass and that was REALLY good also! Overall, it was a wonderful week! We will be back for sure!

Amazing stay! Although across the street from the beach, the noise did not bother us at all. Super easy access to the beach, directly to the right of the parking lot across from the property. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect beach getaway, with a very reasonable price.

Beach week

I was disappointed that it was farther to walk to the beach once I found where I could get to beach. Not your fault but I think it would have been nice to let me know I couldn’t just walk across the street for beach access. But otherwise great stay.
