Welcome to Indian Rocks Retreat, your new home-away-from-home! This charming ranch-style, single-family home offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of fun all on one level. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it’s the ideal spot for families or small groups looking to relax and enjoy quality time together.

Step inside to a cozy living room featuring a comfy sectional couch and a large-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or game day. The open layout flows seamlessly into a dining area with table and chairs, and into a beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and everything you need to cook and dine in—including cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a mounted TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with two twin beds. An additional full bathroom with walk in shower, a washer and dryer for added convenience and driveway parking for two vehicles are just a few more additional amenities you will find.

The fun continues outdoors with an expansive, fully fenced backyard designed for gathering and entertainment! Step out from the kitchen onto the back deck where you'll find a large dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals under the stars. Lounge in oversized Adirondack chairs around the wood-burning firepit, or stay cool during the day under large umbrellas. The backyard also features two unique putt-putt pads—perfect for a little friendly competition!

Indian Rocks Beach, FL is a charming, laid-back beach town on Florida’s Gulf Coast, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown St. Pete, it offers beautiful sandy beaches, outdoor activities, and attractions like the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve and Seaside Seabird Sanctuary. Nearby, explore the bustling John's Pass Boardwalk and Village, a great place for family fun. The area also boasts a great selection of local restaurants, including Guppy's on the Beach, Crabby Bill’s, and PJ’s Oyster Bar, along with cozy coffee shops, beach bars, and local breweries.

This home is has a great location for an easy walk to beach access, only 1 block away. Hit Gulf Blvd. to catch the beach trolley system, a great way to explore all the connecting islands in our area. Stroll over to Pajanos Pizza and Subs for a quick lunch or easy dinner, Grove Surf Cafe and Coffee is a great start to any morning! We loved the house and were so sad to leave. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. We were able to walk most all places, which is a must in IRB since parking is tough. The house had comfy beds, fresh towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and everything we needed in the kitchen. Even the grill was clean - which hasn't always been the case at other places we've rented. It was nice to make freshly grilled burgers. Can't wait to go back!

We loved "our" little, yellow house while we stayed in IRB! It was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to everything we needed! Beds were amazing and the kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals. The location was also great, being close to 2 beach access points and some fantastic restaurants. We will be back!
