Welcome to Indian Oaks #7 – aka "Sandy Toes" - a beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just 0.1 mile from the beach. Enjoy a quick 3–5 minute walk to two nearby public beach access points—one at the end of the street to the north, and another to the south. Indian Oaks is part of a small, peaceful complex with only 16 total units, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious open-concept layout featuring a comfy chaise lounge-style couch, flat-screen TV, dining table for four, and extra seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has been tastefully updated and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Please note, there is NO oven here - the kitchen has an Induction stove top only. The bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, nice closet space and an attached bathroom with beautiful walk in shower.

Right across the street is a public park with tennis and basketball courts—be sure to bring your gear! Additional amenities include free WiFi, an on-site grill and tables and 1 assigned on-site parking space.

Loved our time away. It was a beautiful little apartment and super close to the beautiful beach. Everything was clean and the instructions were clear and helpful. We only had to call one time because we could not figure out why the dishwasher wasn’t turning on. Maintenance came out that day while we were visiting the Dali museum and it was all fixed when we returned. We would love to come back soon.

For anyone planning to work while staying, WiFi was fast and reliable. The place worked well for us as we didn’t need too much and brought what we needed with us. There was no hot water at first, but it was easy enough to figure out that the fuse just needed to be turned on. If you plan on staying for a while, you’ll need to buy some toilet paper and paper towels.

Very clean and beautiful. Only disappointing thing was we expected a sofa bed and there wasn’t one so we had to go out and buy a air mattress

Nice family friendly location with a short walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the space was super clean. If you plan on cooking in the kitchen definitely bring your own oil, spices etc. The kitchen has bare minimum necessities. Would stay here again.
