Welcome to Indian Beach Villas #3A! This comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental offers an ideal beach getaway just 450 feet from beach access, with a convenient crosswalk directly in front of the building for a quick and safe stroll to the sand.

Inside, you’ll find new living room furnishings, including a cozy couch and loveseat paired with a large-screen TV. The spacious dining area features a large table perfect for shared meals or a nightly game of cards, and the open kitchen offers generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked selection of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Very close to the beach and the place itself was super cute. The only thing I wish I would have known ahead of time was how many stairs there were to walk up to the apartment. My elderly mother was with me and struggled going up and down the long flight but other than that it was a great stay. The location also wasn’t overcrowded which was a pleasant surprise.

We enjoyed our stay here! This property is only steps away from Indian Rocks Beach and close to a lot of restaurants. The place was very clean and had a lot of beach necessities for guests. The only downside is that the place is very new and smells like paint.
I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a beach getaway!
