We had a hiccup finding our front door but after speaking with our host we got redirected and back on track easily. We had a great stay, the location was perfect and quiet with a lot of fun near by. Our family had a great stay

Awesome condo! I'd say the description needs to be updated because I was told there was not a sofa bed and we in fact had a sofa bed in the room! There was also an air mattress in the closet! The 6 and 7 floor balcony instructions were not clear. The maintenance man in the elevator explained how to use them. I'd say it's definitely worth the money and I'd rent again!

The entire vacation at the condo was perfect. The location was great. You could watch the boats, dolphins and birds from the outdoor deck along with being able to see the gulf. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils and appliances were in great shape. The Waterpark passes were a plus. The Waterpark was clean and the management and staff were very friendly. The beach was a 2 block walk very easy to acess and they had a lot of beach equipment such as chairs, fishing equipment sun brella and beach towels. The parking in the garage was absolutely no issue. The price was a nice surprise too.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It’s bigger than the pictures. Has a beautiful intercoastal and Gulf view on both sides. Balcony is gigantic.
There was carpet and both of the bedrooms which I’m always kind of wary about. Both carpets were in great condition very clean. I’m a local and this place was half the price is on the beach. Two streets away from walking to the beach. Also a closet full of beach stuff in the condo. Thanks again we will be back.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this place. Everything was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything that was needed for preparing simple meals (even an air fryer!). The view from the balcony is stunning and our 4 kids wouldn’t get tired of watching the boots and ships! The walk to the beach is about 5-7 mins and in our apartment we found everything to make the stay at the beach enjoyable (surf boards for kids, sand toys, umbrella, balls, etc).We loved that the beach was not overcrowded but was still one of the most beautiful beaches that we have seen so far! The waterpark is great, and our kids loved it. The location is very nice, you can reach everything by foot - lots of restaurants, a coffee shop, a well equipped convenient store (CVS) - however, a grocery store is not in walking distance.
