Horrendous check in! Instructions stated key would be in top lock box. Lockbox was empty upon arrival. We had to stand outside the door for an hour, with all our bags. Called phone number for lockouts, listed in your instructions. After holding fifteen minutes we were told they can not help us. Again the instructions were incorrect. Finally we called the second number in your instructions. The number for the rental company. After holding for a few minutes we were disconnected. Then after calling again Gina answered the phone. She was extremely rude. She found out the key card was in the third lockbox and there was a different code for this. One not listed in your instructions. After telling Gina this information was not in the instructions she said "well obviously". When I asked her name, she hung up on me. Then upon entering the apartment we noticed there was no parking pass left. I called back and got the rude Gina. She said she would send someone up the the room with the pass. Again, more waiting to start the vacation. No one came, but we did receive a call from a man who said he couldn't bring us a pass. He asked me to write on a piece of paper that we were with th resort and we could get a pass tomorrow. Then place this sheet of paper on my dashboard. When I asked him if the unit had paper for this task, he said "how would I know, I'm just the on call person.". So I had to go across the street and request paper. This did not make me confident that my vehicle would not be towed. Terrible start to our vacation!

We’re taking the following steps immediately: - Audit and correct the check‑in instructions so the correct lockbox and code are listed, and verify all lockboxes are stocked and accessible before arrival. - Review our lockout phone process to reduce hold times and ensure there’s reliable escalation if the first line can’t assist. - Address the staff interaction you described with coaching and corrective action to prevent rude behavior in the future. - Change the parking‑pass procedure so passes are placed in the unit before arrival (and staff know clear backup steps if one isn’t available). We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will reach out directly to discuss how we can make this right.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo came with beach gear including chairs, wagon & umbrellas. Beach towels were even provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place comfortable and clean. The balcony had a nice view of the intercostal waterway. Absolutely perfect for us!

This condo is perfect for a beach getaway! It is a short walk to the beach and to restaurants around Indians Rocks Beach. The condo is so cute and very well maintained. There’s beach chairs and even a wagon provided so you don’t have to carry all your things to the beach. 10/10 recommend this condo and will be staying again for my next visit to Indian Rocks!

Lots of positives; clean and tidy, great location, intercoastal views & comfy beds. It would be improved with some tub chairs on the balcony, a better level of kitchen kit and a new dishwasher.
