Emerald Isle 304 - Premier

Our condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher as it wasn't listed on the VRBO site. Loved the view from our balcony,sunsets, dolphins and waves!!

There were 20 of us at a family reunion and altogether we rented 5 separate condos in this building. The building is nice and quiet with only 24 units total so the pool area was never crowded. What we especially loved about this unit was the fact it has its own washer and dryer = a huge plus. Very well stocked and equipped with a super comfortable master bed. Highly recommend this - we will be back next year.

A nice and clean condo in a great location on the gulf Kitchen was equipped enough to prepare the basic meals. The washer and drier ware very convenient to use in the unit. The rooms are specious , the only thing that was inconvenient was the second bedroom beds lay out that blocked the door from closing We enjoyed the easy access to the beach , calm blue waters and amazing sunsets each day. Priceless Thank you!

First year in North Redington, beautiful beach. Clean, as pictured, nicely decorated, has everything you need to cook, nice decor/updated, bonus: has washer & dryer, (not all units in this complex do)Pool was nice, beach is steps away. Easy check in and out. The only thing I would add is beach towels. When you fly there, hard to pack towels. Would definitely stay here again

Check in was easy. The condo was so beautifully decorated that it made the stay much more enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough for our needs. Each bathroom had plenty linens. The bathrooms were a good size with sizable showers. The washer/dryer available in the condo was a plus! The view from the tall patio chairs on the balcony each day was stunning. Additionally, the condo was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and that was such a relief knowing we would all rest well each night. I would definitely rent this condo again.

We enjoyed the condo very much! Everything had been updated inside and it was relaxing when we were inside taking a break from the wonderful beach. One big plus was having access to the washer and dryer in the room, unlike my relatives, theirs was locked up and said Owner Storage. Thank you! Will be back next year.

Love this location. Good dining options around. Nice quiet beach with rental beach chairs. We did Weekly rate for 2 chairs and umbrella. Kevin or Andrew made sure umbrella was in right spot all day. Well worth it. Water got warmer every day we were there. Would definitely come back here to stay. This area has a lot to offer. Spent partial day at St. John’s pass for souvenir shopping and lunch out. We liked that better than the other end which was Pier 60(Clearwater side). Condo itself was spotless. Lots of towels. Balcony views and sunsets spectacular.

Nicely decorated, very comfortable condo though smaller than I expected. The view certainly makes up for it. The kitchen is more than well stocked. Everyone was very friendly. The building is older but up graded except that keys are necessary to enter the common areas and to get in and out of the pool area both from the building and the beach. All the locks are hard to maneuver and should be replaced.

This was the first vacation my husband and I have taken without our children and it was perfectly relaxing! The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view was amazing, especially at sunset. There were plenty of towels, and wash clothes, the bed was comfortable, lots of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient too. We walked the beach every morning, enjoyed the beach and the pool during the day, and visited a few shops and restaurants in walking distance. The Frog Pond was excellent for breakfast! Check-in and out, and the parking space was efficient. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great time at this condo in N. Redington Beach. We loved the fact that the area was not over-commercialized! The condo itself was very clean and updated.....other than the kitchen could have been a little more cleaned/organized and frying pans replaced more often (they wouldn't sit flat on the burner)! Also....ran the fan in the master bedroom and had to sweep up a lot of dust bunnies!!! Would be great if beach chair service was also provided! One issue we did have was that the key for the main door to the condo and the pool and beach area gates were not working. There were times when we had to wait for someone to leave before we could get in. After a few days....a locksmith was called and then all was well! Overall....we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay at this condo again.

The condo was by far one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The owners have made their vacation home a place you never want to leave. From the colors on the wall to the abundant amount of linens in the bathroom they have you covered. The only thing we wanted that we did not find was a blender. I would suggest to them to replace the twin bed mattresses or place a topper on the second one like you have on the first one. Maybe you had one there at one time and something happened to it. And replace the showerhead in the guest bath. Other than that we were completely satisfied. The condo and the whole facility was kept very clean. The facility has only 24 units and one elevator. That elevator needs repairing. When it stops at times there's a big bump and its unnerving. That was the only issue we found to be a problem and it was reported. Thank you for the memories made with my mom and a dear friend.

We loved this place! Super clean and convenient, a quick elevator ride down (or stairs) and walk out to the pool and beach. Loved that you could sit at the pool and have a full view of the beach and ocean. The sand is super soft and there is plenty of beach for everyone. Sunsets were amazing on the beach or viewed from the condo balcony. Total of 24 units (4 per floor) so wasn’t crowded and got to know some of the same people at the pool and beach and kids made new friends to swim or play with. We loved Burrito Social (conveniently across the street along with Dunkin’ Donuts), headed down to John’s Pass to spend most of a day as well. Alligator / exotic pet rescue in John’s Pass was very cool for the kids!

Easy check in and check out. Place was very clean with well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom towels. There are no beach towels, but that is stated. Beds are comfortable. Balcony is small but comfortable seating with great views to the west and north. Saw dolphins swimming several times. Wonderful stay
