Emerald Isle 103

Unit 103 has a totally unblocked view of the beach and ocean. It is amazing. There is a nice deck with room for probably 8 people. Inside is a well-stocked kitchen with a nice dining area. The pool looks nice, but it is not large. (The pool was closed while we were there from Hurricane damage) Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a dressing area and a private ensuite bath. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and direct access to a shared bathroom.The unit is well taken care of and the property managers are responsive.

I rate the condo as a four. I feel that having to use a key to get onto the pool deck and also having to use a key to get onto the beach very frustrating. I've stayed at many places where wearing a wrist band where all you had to do is press it against the lock to get in or out very convenient

Room was spacious. Pool gate was hard to unlock on the north side. Great area that was not too busy. Great water pressure in showers. Enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. Only thing I wish was different was that I could pay for an additional parking spot, but most days I found an additional spot on the road that was relatively close.

Our family recently stayed at this beachfront accommodation and had a fantastic time! The location is unbeatable, with the beach just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family. The amenities were impressive, and we appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms.
However, a couple of areas could use improvement. A washer and dryer on-site would have been incredibly helpful, especially for families with young children. Additionally, the key system for beach and pool access could be modernized. We had some issues with the physical keys not working properly, and other guests experienced similar problems. A magnetic key card or PIN code system would be much more convenient and reliable.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We loved how close the condo unit was to the water. Having the pool out front gave us plenty of ocean view!
The communication in regards to building appointments for fire- insect control etc...was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Easy access in and out of our unit. Convenient to great food! The water pressure in the bathroom sinks could have been better, when we notified the realtor there was a very quick response to take a look at our unit. They couldn't really fix it, but the response time was impressive!
I would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the ocean view balcony every day. Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Washer and dryer are not in the room but are located across the elevator on floors 2,4,&6. Beaches were very clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much, however I do not believe 7 bath towels is sufficient for a 3 bedroom unit, regardless of coin-operated laundry available. We only had 4 adults, but I prefer only using a towel 2 days. Especially in a pandemic where people both in stairwells & laundry do not wear masks (& 2 loads necessary, with 1 machine in room for 7 towels...). We had a few other issues that the rental agency dealt with appropriately especially during a holiday week. No machine for quarters either...

We loved the fact that there wasn't an overload of unnecessary décor and stuff on every table! The king mattress was very creaky though-may need to be replaced. The only cons.....the elevator. After it was not operating one day, I refused to take it again. Luckily we were on the 1st floor. The keys needed to get into every part of this place added nice security, but a keypad would be much more convenient. We will stay here again-it was a great place and the views from the condo are unbeatable!

Thank you so much for your feedback from your recent stay on North Redington Beach. We have passed this feedback over to the owners for a possible addition of a TV in the extra bedroom. In regards to the tables in the pool area, the common area is taken care of by the condo association themselves and we did share this with them as well. It is true that there is not an individual w/d for use in the condos here, only coin operated on site. We do have other locations in the area that do have that addition, we would be happy to help if you need any other options for that. Vor allem die neue Küche in der Wohnung hat mich überrascht.

Everything was excellent. The balcony was used every chance we had. There are a few updates that could be done. Blinds need to be replaced, chair legs need tightening (We hand tightened), beds are a little bit hard. Door locks could be digital not keys. A few more towels on hand. Another Tiki table outside by pool would be good, one couple dominated it for 5 days, all day long. Kitchen is excellent, bathrooms are good. Nothing huge, just modernize and refresh.... THE VIEW, THE VIEW, THE VIEW !!!

The only downsides were the elevator is very loud when people are sleeping and you have to have keys with you at all times to get in the building, the pool, the beach, etc. It was easy to get locked out of the property.

The only observation my wife and I have is...the furnishings, appliances, carpeting, and décor are in need of some freshening up. By no means were they in terrible condition...we simply felt that it may be time to spruce up the interior of Unit #103. The bottom line for us is, we would definitely stay at Emerald Isle again!

If you are looking for a quiet, family friendly beach, this is the one. Even during peak season, the beach was never busy. The condo was even better than pictured. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. There were two beach chairs in the room, and two umbrellas. We brought a 10x10 canopy, and had plenty of room to set it up each day. We loved our week, and are definitely looking to come back as soon as possible! Some people have complained about all the gates to unlock, but it really wasn't an issue. If anything, it just made us feel safer. Thanks for the wonderful and relaxing stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the third year in a row we enjoyed a wonderful time at Emerald Isle. The weather helped by being perfect for the whole month of March. The building is perfect because it's small so the pool area is never too busy.
The unit was for the most part well appointed and had been upgraded since last year. The living room furniture is wonderfully large and comfortable. However, a few improvements need making: the dining room suite could be replaced (the chairs are much too low!), the main bedroom bed and bedding need replacing and some of the kitchen dishes should be replaced.
But we had guests twice and there was lots of room, with a much appreciated second ensuite.
We have booked for next year because we like the building so much.

The condo was clean, well equipped and the pato overlooking the gulf was wonderful. I would definitely return. The keys are problematic, you need them to get into the pool, out to the beach, etc. so problematic but good security.

We had high expectations and all of them were met at the great location, the cleanliness of unit, and the overall amenities that were provided. We were on the beach and could hear the ocean waves even with the doors closed which was very relaxing. Everything about the week was absolutely perfect!

It allowed us to have our family down for a visit with ample room and very adequate furniture.
However, the dining room furniture,kitchen equipment and beds were rather "tired". It looked as if they had been there for a couple of decades. In contrast the living room furniture looked very new, and was VERY comfortable and appropriate for the number of people occupying the unit.
Overall a lovely visit, and we have renewed for next year, despite the drawbacks mentioned above.

Resort Rentals is my go-to agency now. They were great!
