The luxurious master suite boasts a king bed, Smart TV, balcony access, incredible closet space, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, separate vanity areas, and an expansive layout that feels like your own private retreat. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, offering two twin-over-full bunk beds. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located nearby, along with a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Head on up to the third level where you will find the heart of the home, with a bright and spacious open-concept living area filled with natural light. Relax on the oversized sectional sofa, kick back in the leather recliner, or enjoy movie nights on the large-screen Smart TV, complete with an electric fireplace for ambiance (non heating). The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space, where a large table provides the perfect setting for meals, games, or gathering together, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar. The chef’s kitchen is a standout feature, offering top-of-the-line appliances, abundant counter and cabinet space, and everything you need to cook with ease—including cookware, utensils, a drip coffee maker, wine fridge, warming drawer, air fryer, and more. Casa Solmar is dog-friendly (fees and restrictions apply) and offers driveway parking for up to two or possibly three vehicles, depending on size. Please note that stairs are required to access all levels of the home.
