Welcome to Caddy's Cottage, a charming coastal getaway just steps from the beach access at beautiful Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. This inviting two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath cottage is part of a quaint triplex and offers the perfect home base for relaxing beach days and exploring Florida's Gulf Coast.

The open living area is bright and comfortable, featuring a Smart TV, a futon that converts to a Queen-size bed for additional sleeping space, a dining table, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and everything needed for light meals and snacks. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

Each bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and is connected to the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing convenience for both sides. An additional half bath offers added convenience for all. Outside, relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying the laid-back beach atmosphere. The outdoor grounds are shared with neighboring guests.
