Welcome to Caddy's Cottage, a charming coastal getaway just steps from the beach access at beautiful Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. This inviting two-bedroom, one-bath cottage is part of a quaint triplex and offers the perfect home base for relaxing beach days and exploring Florida's Gulf Coast.

The open living area is bright and comfortable, featuring a Smart TV, a futon that converts to a Queen-size bed for additional sleeping space, a dining table, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and everything needed for light meals and snacks. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

Each bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and is connected to the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing convenience for both sides. Outside, relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying the laid-back beach atmosphere. The outdoor grounds are shared with neighboring guests.
