Beach Quarters #3

We loved our stay. It was small and quaint. Small restaurants and bars just steps away. Soft quiet jazz filled the area outside which finished around 10 pm. We only wished we had more time to spend in Gulfport. We were there for a family event. We hope to return.

This was a perfect rental for me and my partner for our vacation. Very clean and perfect size space. The kitchen was so cute and the bedroom was spacious. Loved the king size bed. The best part was the location, you can walk to so many shops and restaurants. Another great feature was designated parking in the back of the rental, nobody wants to have to circle around for parking after a long day out. The laundry room was way better than I expected, super clean and newer appliances. The street is lively nightly until about 10:00pm-11:00pm. So if you go to bed early, you will be able to hear street noise and people enjoying their time. Would book this again.

Very clean old Florida style accommodation. Resort Rentals staff was easily accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed for two weeks and there were plenty of towels and linens for bedding. Bring quarters for the laundry $2 for each washer & dryer! Bed is very firm so come prepared! We loved the location most. Walking right out the door to shops and restaurants, sitting on patio people watching and listening to the lite jazz music from Pias was the best! We also loved our morning walks around the neighborhood, at the beach around the track and at the nature parks. Great areas to explore- can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a conference at the Catherine A. Hickman Theater and loved that I could easily walk to the theater every day, past wonderful restaurants and shops. The location could not be more perfect and the unit looks exactly like the pictures, which is always a relief!

The windows look right onto the nearby street, so we kept the Venetian blinds closed at all times. Cute decor. Bed was large.

Beach Quarter #3 was delightful! Old Florida ambiance with updated kitchen and bath. Perfect location in the heart of Gulfport steps from restaurants, shops and the beach. We will be back again !

I'm in the area every May for a conference in St. Pete's Beach and make a point of always staying in Gulfport as it's a very pleasant little oasis. This unit was easily among my favorite places in Gulfport: clean, well maintained, walking distance to everything on Beach and to the water. The only (very minor) negative comment that I would have would be that the parking places in back are WAY TOO SMALL for most cars. Otherwise, this place was great and I'm going to try and book it again next year!

We love Gulfport especially Beach BLVD. Great location for walks and food. Parking is tight in the designated area but plenty of parking on the street. Upon arrival, the tv and lights were on. No big deal but it appeared as though we walked into someone else’s place. Nobody was there but it had not been cleaned since the last guests left. We got in around 11:30 pm. Called and left a message with this company but no one responded until after I called Airbnb in the morning around 930 while out on a walk. During this time someone came to clean and then I received a message from this host. I do appreciate someone coming to clean. We were reimbursed the cleaning fee. All-in-all I would stay here again. Perfect size, good ac.

Wonderful location, literally across the street from superb restaurants and late night music. A block from the sand and water. Much appears newly renovated, esp the kitchen. Not large rental but excellent use of space and felt comfortable. Only concern was lack of consistent private parking (a large truck took up many spaces) but public parking directly in front of the rental was free and wide open by the evenings. Would definitely stay there again!

Beach Quarters has a fantastic location; walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The apartment was wel stocked and even included beach chairs, cooler, books and plenty of toiletries and sheets. We loved just sitting and relaxing on the front porch. I would definitely stay again.
