Beach Life 5

The house was very clean. I would not call it well stocked, we needed throw blankets, ice trays, and paper towels. However, there were lots of bedrooms. Lots of towels. Definitely a lot of space if you have several couples getting together. There wasn’t a whole lot that was close walkable, the Circle K was very close to grab coffee or ice. My advice to you is be sure and pack your favorite cookware, and some paper towels and go have fun here. Definitely if you have four couples this place is perfect, there are four bedrooms set up for adults, one bedroom set up for children.

perfect house for a group trip! we wish the house had beach chairs to borrow as shown in the picture and listed in description.. but otherwise clean a nice stay.

We stayed here with our families for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was incredibly spacious, with big bedrooms, large closets, and a great layout — the upstairs and master bedrooms had private bathrooms. Even with our big group of 10, we never felt cramped. The location was amazing: right across from the beach, walking distance to John’s Pass, and with a peaceful water access spot behind the house. The balconies (most without stair access) made it toddler-friendly, and it was a huge bonus that they provided a baby gate, beach toys, and towels. The natural light inside was beautiful, especially upstairs where the ladies & I got ready for the wedding. The host was very responsive — we had a minor plumbing issue when we arrived, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it. The only downside was that the floors could have been cleaner, but the host offered to send the cleaners back. Overall, a wonderful stay for a very special weekend!

I have zero complaints about my family's stay in this property. The check-in and check-out was effortless and thankfully the hosts even contacted us when they saw we left a balcony door open and told us they were going to close it for us. Peace of mind, clean and represented very well to the photos. I would happily stay again for a trip to St. Petersburg/Tampa. Thank you!

Great place! Had the essentials and all items to have a fun day at the beach. One of the sinks was a bit clogged but we reached out and let them know and they were very responsive.
