Welcome to Bayview Shores, a beautifully updated three-story villa in the desirable Bayview Villas community, a charming Intracoastal property that is just a short walk to the beach.

The ground level features a private garage with a washer and dryer and is stocked with beach gear to enhance your stay. From there, stairs lead to the spacious main living level, where you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area along with a convenient half bath. The nicely updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware to make you feel right at home. The dining table seats six comfortably and flows into the inviting living room, furnished with a couch, loveseat, accent chair, ottoman, and a large smart TV. Sliding glass doors span the length of the living room and open to a private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze. Please note, there is no elevator for access and stairs are required throughout.

The third level offers two bedrooms, each with its own private, attached full bathroom for added comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and its own private balcony with lounge chair and additional small table and chairs. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a double bed and smart TV. Both bathrooms are nicely updated with attractive finishes. All of the SmartTV's also have YouTube TV.

While there are no water views, the villa offers two private balconies, free WiFi, and designated parking onsite, accommodating up to three vehicles depending on size. Guests will also enjoy access to the shared heated pool onsite and you are just a 3–5 minute walk (approximately 500 feet) to the beach access.

The surrounding area is filled with excellent dining options nearby. Enjoy favorites like Salt Rock Grill for seafood and steaks, popular beach spots such as Caddy’s Indian Shores, DJ’s Clam Shack, and Amy’s Pizza, or grab coffee and pastries at the charming Voilà Merci Café. You’ll also find plenty of casual breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots nearby, making it easy to dine out nearby. A short drive brings you to neighboring Indian Rocks Beach and Redington, home to local favorites including Guppy’s On the Beach, The Original Crabby Bill’s, and Keegan’s Seafood Grille.

For entertainment and sightseeing, head about 15 minutes south to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk in Madeira Beach, where you’ll find waterfront restaurants, unique shops, dolphin cruises, and pirate ship ride and water sports. Clearwater Beach, famous for Pier 60, sugar-white sand, and a lively atmosphere, is just 15–20 minutes north and perfect for a day trip. Tampa is approximately 40–50 minutes inland, offering major attractions, nightlife, dining, and access to Tampa International Airport, while downtown St. Petersburg is also an easy drive with its museums, waterfront parks, and arts scene.
