Welcome to Bayview Villas 121 - "Bayview Shores", a beautifully updated three-story villa in the desirable Bayview Villas community, a charming Intracoastal property that is just a short walk to the beach.

The ground level features a private garage with a washer and dryer and is stocked with beach gear to enhance your stay. From there, stairs lead to the spacious main living level, where you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area along with a convenient half bath. The nicely updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware to make you feel right at home. The dining table seats six comfortably and flows into the inviting living room, furnished with a couch, loveseat, accent chair, ottoman, and a large smart TV. Sliding glass doors span the length of the living room and open to a private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze. Please note, there is no elevator for access and stairs are required throughout.

The third level offers two bedrooms, each with its own private, attached full bathroom for added comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and its own private balcony with lounge chair and additional small table and chairs. While there are no water views, the villa offers two private balconies, free WiFi, and designated parking onsite, accommodating up to three vehicles depending on size. Guests will also enjoy access to the shared heated pool onsite and you are just a 3–5 minute walk (approximately 500 feet) to the beach access.
