Welcome to Bayview Villa #120! This lovely, well-kept three-story townhome is located in the Bayview Villas community, a charming Intracoastal neighborhood just a short 3–5 minute walk (approximately 500 ft) to the beach with access just across Gulf Blvd.

The first level features a private garage with washer and dryer and is stocked with beach items to enhance your stay. Please note there is no elevator, and stairs are required throughout the villa.

The second level is the main living area, offering a spacious and inviting layout with an updated and stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an open design flowing into the dining area with a large table perfect for gathering over meals. The living room includes a couch (that pulls out to sleeper), loveseat, large smart TV, and a dedicated desk workspace for those who may need to work while on vacation. Sliding glass doors span the full length of the living room and open to a private balcony, allowing for great breezes and indoor-outdoor living. The convenient half bath is also located on this level.
