The ground level features a private garage stocked with fun extras like kayaks, a gas grill, and beach gear (items may vary), along with a washer and dryer and space for 1 vehicle inside, and 2 other vehicles outside.

Head upstairs to the bright and open main living level, where you’ll find a spacious living room with balcony access, comfortable seating that includes a full-size couch, loveseat, and an oversized chair with ottoman, along with a large Smart TV. The private balcony off the living room offers relaxing water views with outdoor seating, and the living area flows seamlessly into the dining space that has a dining room table set for 6. The beautifully updated kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and both pod and drip coffee options—everything you need to feel right at home. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
