Vacationed at this unit July 12 to 19 with my wife, two young kids and my parents. We loved this unit, it was spacious and very comfortable for the 6 of us and the kids got their own beds which was great. It isn’t easy to find 3 bedroom units in Indian Shores and we snapped this up as soon as we found it. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The host provided 4 beach chairs, two umbrellas, coolers and some beach toys for the kids and a wagon which made carrying everything to the beach that much easier, I would recommend that the host mention these items in the listing as having these features was really important. The condo itself is in a great location, right across from the beach. We stayed in this building last year in a two bedroom unit which was also nice, but the extra space was worth it. The pool area is very nice also. We will be back next year.

Excellent Condo for a Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed our beach vacation! The Condo was excellent and had beautiful views from the large balcony. The living area was very spacious. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. The beach is a short walk across Gulf Blvd and very convenient to restaurants, surf shops and other attractions including miniature golf. We stayed during the 4th of July and enjoyed fireworks from the balcony. We would highly recommend staying here!

The only problem i had with the place is that the washer and dryer did not work we had to spend 30$ to wash clothes.

Fabulous! Ocean view from the front, inter coastal views from the back. Saw dolphins and manatees swimming up and down the inter coastal. Great vacation rental that feels like home, the layout is fantastic and it was so clean! Would definitely recommend booking a stay!

The condo is amazing, a very nice, safe, clean property. The beach chairs are nice and functional, we definitely used the coolers. I love the extra furniture on the patio. The views on both sides are amazing.

Family vacation

Had to change rental unit at the last minute and couldn't be happier! Super clean, good sized unit with great views of the inland water way. Bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked allowing us to eat in a few nights. comfortable fit 6-7. Bonus dryer in unit.
