Welcome to Bates Avenue House, a charming single-family home in Indian Rocks Beach! Enjoy complete privacy with the home all to yourself, including a large, fully fenced yard that's ideal for your well-behaved dogs (up to two are welcome!)

The second bedroom, located off of the living room area, includes a double bed and desk space, while the third bedroom offers two double beds and a TV. Both guest bedrooms share a bright, modern bathroom down the hallway. A washer and dryer are also available for your use, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.
